I agree that the government should not own ANY property.  Wilderness? should be given to homesteaders.  Parks and Monuments? should charge admission and make a profit.  City Hall? shold be rented.  If there wasn't a landlord willing to rent to legislators, there wouldn't be any new laws. 

In addition to pollution being reduced, businesses would not have to bribe government agencies to get the resources they need.
