Researching the rules and laws the government is under can be useful to "Hang'em with their own rules."
Post relevent info here for other activists to utilize.

They have to record the proceedings...
Useful to have the audio as cleanly recorded as possible... right from their microphones.

Quote
Effective immediately all District Court proceedings held in the courtroom
shall be electronically recorded.  The temporary procedures for monitorless
courtrooms are hereby made permanent and attached hereto.  Recordings need
not be monitored unless a party files a formal request for a record and the trial
judge determines that the procedures for monitorless recordings will not
adequately protect the record.  In making this determination, the court should
consider the quality of the recording devise, the general sound quality of the
courtroom, the nature of the proceedings, and the likelihood of a transcription
request.

Recordings of all court proceedings, except for those noted in Amended
Administrative Order 2006-05 shall be retained by the clerk for three years after
which time they may be reused or destroyed.

Dated:  July 10, 1998

Amended: April 19, 2000 and March 7, 2008

This is to a very large extent what NH-CLOG is trying to do.

I'm behind on updating the website, but we have a number of cases going right now. One thing we're working on is developing highly detailed motion templates that people can use for their own cases that will make the prosecutor, police, &c., really have to work for their (stolen) paycheque.

Big Mike is also looking at doing a lot of similar stuff, more in the civil arena (suing the hell out of town governments for rights violations), and I think CDEF was looking into this now that Brad is on board.

91-a is a beautiful thing. Bury them with request for everything that you can think of.
