The law here in New Hampshire Joe is pretty simple and can be boiled down to the phrase "whatever is reasonable and prudent".

Make sure to let all the folks who are imprisoned for disobeying some legislator's whims about that law.

The signs on the interstate kind of summarize it in an even simpler way; "Please drive with courtesy. It's the New Hampshire way."

It's a hard concept for some folks to grasp. Not for a tough guy like you though right?

Seems very hard for some folks to grasp.  They go around behaving in very discourteous ways, like violating innocent people's persons and property.  Hard to be more discourteous than that...
