Jim Johnson

Trails so far:

Jim Johnson - accused of a misdemeanor, found guilty with clear and over whelming evidence, fined $620, on appeal.

Ian, Lauren, Dale and Sean - accused of a misdemeanor, found guilty of a violation, fined $620 each.
                                 Sean did community service.
                                 Lauren did 12 days in jail.
                                 Ian and Dale are on appeal.

Menno - accused of a violation, found not guilty.

Jim, Ian, Lauren, Dale and Sean faced Judge Burk.
Menno faced Judge Runion.

Jim, did the superior court attempt to charge a filing fee for the appeal?  It's my understanding the don't in criminal cases.

There has been no charge to hear my charges, yet.
If they challenge me with a charge I shall challenge their charge with a counter challenge charging them with excessive charges.

Interesting that the only 'not guilty' came from another judge.

The only real surprise would be Burke finding anyone not guilty.

I wonder if that's true of all his trials or just freestater trials.

I just revisted and watched the video on this.
What were the reasons for the charges being dropped on 4 people?
