I called Bay State Medical (413-794-0000) .  He was "treated and released"  .  When I asked to find out if he was released yesterday or today I was dumped into voice mail purgatory.  I have no idea if "released" is completely free  or released into the custody of law enforcement.

Julian was there
he was arrested yesterday in Springfield Mass
he says the cops were nice, but the hospital abused him
they beat his chest, pinched his fingers, and stuck something painfully up his nose
the chest bruising was horrid looking
they said they were doing it to inflict pain
he thinks they wanted to make him talk

he was very friendly with folks passing by when he offered jury info

i can't believe he has been arrested for doing so in the past

he was not arrested today

Thanks for the update Russell.  Good to know he's safe.

I saw Julian's chest bruises today.  He has a fresh black and blue trauma, 6 to 7 inches in diameter covering his sternum.   There was also signs of skin discolorations extending below his rib cage.

It seems to me that a single blow causing that wound would have broken ribs or stopped Julian's heart.
I've had a bruise that big from a single blow and was laid up for several days.

I tend to believe Julian, someone struck him in the chest multiple times.  He says it was medical personnel in Springfield, MA., after his arrest yesterday, trying to make him talk.

Sorry - it was on one of the seacoast liberty websites I think.

About 7 or 8 locals and 2 of us visiting went to that.
