Are insurence companies in NH allowed to insure people who have SD drivers licenses?

If so, that's sound like a plan. But my quess is that they're regulated quite a bit more then they are here in SD. (even though insurence isn't required their like it is here.)

In WI, they don't have vehicle inspections AND they don't require insurance (but if you get in an accident you are legally required to pay for damages.)

Too bad they don't let anyone carry concealed or not...
