Help, I need a SIM CARD from a Cingular Cellphone.

I have a little pocket computer with a cellular modem.  I am trying to unlock the modem to use on TMOBILE, but the modem wont unlock unless it has a sim card from CINGULAR.

I just need to borrow the SIM CARD from a phone that was activated under CINGULAR, so that my modem will allow the unlock code to be entered.
