When Russell left the fire station the score was:

Catherine Mulholland did not even show up to her own special vote.

Some people registered but did not vote.

Russell made up the rules as he went along.

The story as I know it, which may be wildly inaccurate:  Grafton had a vote which rejected spending a bunch of stolen money.  Mulholland found some loophole and is forcing a re-vote.  Some want to use the voter checklist from the time of the first vote, not the current checklist, because a bunch of freelanders have moved in since then.

Send her back to England!

How about deporting her to North Korea? She should feel welcome there and I can't think of anyone who would delight more in the suffering of others, impoverishment of the masses, and every other ugly social ill than Kim Jong-Il.

I truly think they'll fall in love with each other and be happy together forever.
