« on: July 23, 2010, 04:33 PM NHFT »
In order to "save money," a number of NH courts are cancelling 4 months worth of jury trials, and the Merrimack Superior Court clerk will be closing at 1:00 P.M., starting August 2, 2010.

As of this past Tuesday, 2010-07-20, I have two civil cases on the Merrimack Superior Court docket.

Hm.  Just got some mail from them today.

Well, it looks like the case they were supposed to schedule for trial in June, 2010 has been scheduled for a structuring conference on September 2, 2010... at which a date for trial will be set.  They also included a nice little form for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
