BLIZZARD PROJECT 1.02: The Teams

The purpose of this storm is to identify a set of political
parties/factions in NH sufficient to include (1) all major players,
(2) Democrats, (3) Republicans, (4) Libertarians, and (5) any parties
included in a set large enough to include Libertarians.  Here's what
we have, so far:

The Teams:

 Republican
 Independent

 Libertarian
 Tea Party
 9.12
 Liberty Party
 Constitution Party
 Green Party

 Anarchist   (are these folks really players in this game?)
 Non-voters  (are these folks really players in this game?)

 (Democrats & Republicans, combined, form 60% of voters...
  Independents the other 40%.)
