We are definitely thinking that we could start up other ones across the state. We could pay people to distribute, report, and or sell ads. But that will have to be after we get up and rolling with this one first. :)

How many pages is your first issue?  Page size?
How many locations do you have for distribution?
What was the cost of the print job?
That is why we invented this thing called a website. You should check it out.

It bears saying that there is a pdf version on the Keene Free Press website.  No one has to wait 'til the 23rd to see it, they can see it now.  3 cheers for Kat!  It looks great

I just googled "keene taxi deregulation" to get more info on this and the first link was the Keene Free Press!

Thanks, Caleb. :)  Russell's doing all the hard work though.

He just finished his radio interview with Al Kulas.  It went great!  It even pissed off Tim Roberson.  I'm waiting to see if he's going to say anything about the paper on his show, which is next.

"Greeked" up. It's a publishing term.  ;)

Here's a clip of what I see. Note that I can read the ads just fine.

Can you guys read this one?

http://soulawakenings.com/underground/kfp_first_issue.pdf
After taking forever to load, it came up unreadable, with a dialog box: ' There was an error processing a page.  Bad font object or discriptor object.'

Bummer.

It took a while to load but looks amazing.  I didn't know the KFP would be color.  Good work.
