Boston Pub Tour – History AND beer!

Boston has a lot of history and a lot of  pubs – what could be better than a tour to check out both?

Coming 9 October, but we're ready to ticket now with our new online ticketing feature! This tour will cover beer variety (Sunset Grill has a 16 page beer menu with  112 taps and 400 bottled beers), local brew (Cambridge Brewing was one of the first brew pubs in the country), beer food (a couple of places), beer and revolution (the Green Dragon was where the Boston Tea Party plot was hatched), beer and more history (The Bell-in-Hand Tavern is the oldest tavern in the country), quality beer (Jacob Wirth has the finest Euro brews), beer and the Irish (The Black Rose has 2 stages of Irish music).

Best of all, you won't have to find parking in Boston or drive home when you shouldn't. We take care of all that - we hope to fill up the Alt-bus (a.k.a. The Fun Bus). Just click here for details and ticketing: the Boston Pub Tour details page.

The Boston Pub tour is shaping up to be a cool time for all. Details of the tour are over at this link.

This will be an excellent time together for some brew and history.. A note about the Beantown Pub below: it's probably the only place you can both quaff a Sam Adams and view his gravesite at the same time!

We want to totally fill up the Fun Bus, so we're considering offering a weekend special at the Manch Vegas BBQ Friday and MVP meeting Saturday for people who buy tickets on the spot on their smart phones!

Tickets are only $20 this weekend.

REMINDER - the tour starts at 4PM in Manchester at Veterans Park (NOT at Murphy's) on the Central Street side. There's angle-in parking there that should be good for the night

There are a few seats left on the bus, so you can still get one by purchasing a ticket online. If you like to live dangerously, you can try showing up at one of the pickup locations to see if we've got seats remaining. We're leaving from Veteran's Park in Manchester at 4PM, so be sure to come early there. Park on the Central Street side of the Park. We plan to leave from the Exit 6 Welcome Center in Nashua at 4:30PM - plenty of secure parking there.

10 of us, on the bus!
Great times with the crew at the pubs, with a little drive-by tour past Walden Pond on the way down.
The new guy, Zach, scooped the ladies at the Black Rose, for sure! Pics to follow!
Home late... phew.
