So we're going to read Chapter 1 of the Tolstoy book and the Sermon on the Mount, Matt. 5-7 for next Wednesday.

We're starting at 7:00 now instead of 7:30.

That went really well. Thanks to everyone who came!

After it was over, Jason and I were talking in the parking lot and one of my neighbors drove by and parked at his house. Several minutes later, I walked back out to adjust the Apple Festival sign and then around to the front door from the parking lot, I spotted a man of very much my neighbor's build standing in one of the shadows on the green. He was facing the church. I said nothing to him.
