You need to open every day to build a customer base.  Apparently, you need to serve food for like 4 days in a row for the authorities to care.

actually I don't think he was open anytime last week
but somehow a few people enjoyed meals and snacks each day
we keep an eye out for you and close up shop quickly

Apparently that is the case. I drove there twice for a breakfast sandwich and Zim went down once to get us some.  Closed, every time!  Might have been raining once, but that is not a reason to open.

Awesome, I'll be sure to keep checking that website for updates!    I think trained alligators that come out of the water the second they see a bureaucrat would be pro.  They'd never expect it.
