NH news: There are growing liberty-concerns regarding a gun bill that has made it out of a state house committee.  HB330 allegedly could increase Federal control over your firearm in New Hampshire. Details:  http://nhunderground.com/forum/index.php?topic=22386.msg333595#msg333595

I understand the trial of Bernard von NotHaus, founder of the Liberty Dollar organization, has begun.  Details:

If you hear of a Wisconsin type protest or any event in NH where bureaucrats will be gathering to oppose cuts...  Can you let me know?  Let me know before it happens, and maybe I can be there with the right questions.  Contact me via RidleyReport.com.

March 16, 2011: NH House passes medical marijuana bill and anti-United-Nations resolution. Also passes bill to let 16-year-olds escape govt. schools.  And lots of other interesting stuff....much of it is apparently pro-liberty, but one should always look at the fine print before supporting a bill.  Details:

maybe you can ask lynch the governor if he will sign any "liberty bills"

11:10pm ET March 18, 2011:  Something is going on at a New Hampshire town square, most likely in Keene, some kind of bust with cops and bullhorns. Liberty activists appear to be involved. Details:

I managed to miss this.  But a couple months back, the New Hampshire Supreme Court overruled Manchester's spending cap!  Many NH liberty activists, including me, worked hard and gained overwhelming public support for the cap in 2008.

Now the mu-mu men have struck it down.  State reps are working to enshrine the right to spending caps...their bill has has passed in the state house.

this reminds me of a similar thing in california that really stuck a blow in mind to the effectiveness of working within their system
I guess the supreme court will have to decide that any new law limiting spending, will be against their constitution

Wisconsin-style protests are coming to New Hampshire's state house March 31.  If you're in the area, showing up with a camera and asking certain questions of the government workers... seems appropriate.   Counter protests might be appropriate as well.

A sort of "model NH government" at the state capitol will be debating a secession resolution.  It's expected to go to the "Senate" floor April 2.   There young people at this semi-official event will wrestle with the idea and decide whether to "leave the union." See video descrip for details.

Future Ridley Report bulletins will appear here

http://forum.freestateproject.org/index.php?topic=23191.0

because FSP site now seems to get more traffic than NHFree.

LOL change of plans... I think I will keep posting them here so they're mostly in one place.  But will post them as unique threads on the FSP forum.   I feel sometimes like the bulletins don't get as much attention as they need ....they're often exclusive and important breaking news.  So I'm still casting about for the best formula to get them out better without a lot of re-inventing the wheel each time.

Just got this message and audio file from Keith Champagne, who seems to be one of Elaine Brown's most steadfast and level-headed supporters.  He's also kept an eye on the fate of other supporters who were jailed during the 2007 tax standoff at Plainfield.

> this is a link to an audio recording of sven wiberg, dannys lawyer, and federal prosecution witness joel edgington. it was made by sven wiberg after he was contacted by mr edgington about his testimony in the trial. i wont bother to transcribe it here it is long but interesting. one note i will make is he claims that the feds falsified evidence at the trial in the form of an envelope.
> this is the evidence i emailed you about before and said i would hold off on until it was ready to go public. i just got off the phone with danny and he said its ok to release it. it may or may not help them in court but it will be filed with the courts in the next several days according to danny. i believe they have a 3 year filing deadline coming up this month for new evidence, so it has to be done within a couple of weeks i think.
> even if this doesnt get them anywhere inside the courtroom, maybe it will help the court of public opinion shift.....
