i think llloyd is right ..... you will have to find some coffee shop with lots of noisy machines steam .... maybe where nurses stop by and complain about their jobs ... then post funny pictures for us

but i would guess that you don't have a portable computer to use .... maybe you need one of those tiny hand computers where you can type on those tiny keys with your meaty fingers
