I don't know if you are a conman, moocher, infiltrator, fed running a sting or just a
naive kid living in a van.  If you are the latter, just consider this a life lesson.

Even anti-state activists who defy state regulations don't do it stupidly and for no reason.

Why in the world would you expect someone to publicly announce their participation in an act with little or no benefit to them  that makes them liable for thousands in fines and the possibility  of prison time based on a request from a stranger on the internet?

There are ways to legally accomplish what you want.  For example, park your van in a campground for a few weeks, go to the town hall and announce your intent to live in NH and register to vote using the address of the campground.  They will have you sign an affidavit of residency and you can then go to the DMV to get a license.  While you are in Town Hall you can also register your vehicle.

Oh, if you're one of the former, just use the address that Homeland Security sends your paycheck to.  And there are two T's in ProjectIntel.
