Yes, because I want to see what kind of fucking asses the cops are.
It would also be nice to show it around and say, "Look what fucking asses are doing... isn't it stupid and ass like."
I all so might like to emulate Biker Bill's style in that VDO.
Or even recreate the conditions.

I don't think it was a video.  According to William:

"He's out but it's confirmed, he's been charged with a felony for making a porc 411 call."
and
"Yes, it was the night we were all at Palmer's tavern, he got pulled over on the way home."
They came to his house and arrested him.
