It can be summed up thus...

1) You don't own your body
2) You don't own your property
3) You must pay for the privilege of living on property we let you call yours
4) You will pay for our "services" or we will kill you
5) We can make up the rules to fit our wants and needs

...did I forget anything?

No jury verdict today in Jim Johnson's trial. They will return on Monday at 9AM and try to reach a verdict. The jurors deliberated until court closed today at 4PM and tomorrow (Friday) is a furlough day.

Thanks for the update Talley TV.  Hopefully the prolonged jury means at least one of them grasps liberty concepts.

Hmm. Are there any specific statutes pertaining to the length of jury deliberation? Often it's a discretionary call by the judge.
They may be a set max limit though. Make sure burke is following kangaroo law. A hung jury would be sweet. Not guilty would be even sweeter.

How long did they deliberate for?

Russell Kanning

well obviously the jury was not ready to hang him
I wonder what they will say on Monday
cool updates

How far did they go down that "private property" nonsense?

The one cop, the mumbler, who is attributed with shouting across the mountaintops in a booming voice that everyone must leave according to several other cops who have attested to his commanding and booming voice, referred to it at least twice on the stand as "private property".

John

Thanks for all of the updates.

It makes me flameing mad that the evil government is doing this to my friends.  :angry4:

Russell Kanning

wasn't it nice of Jim to let them use his private property
the other thing that is funny is how many times Jim has visited that new jail since then, but it was very important for them to arrest him that one day

that would be interesting
isn't who owns the property the big question?

It didn't matter who owned the property.
All they had to show was that Mousseau is the guy in charge of kicking people off the property.

Russell Kanning

aha
it must have been lovely interacting with mouseau in the court
He is one of only a couple really mean guys at the jail
I never speak to him when I am inside.

Jim Johnson

When I have one of those people on the stand I get to ask them things that make them look like jerks.

The prosecution was making a big deal about how the jail was a secure facility.  So I asked Mouseau, Is your secure facility secure?  He didn't know how to answer that.  He said, "I hope so."  He is the head of security for the facility and he can only hope that it is secure.
I also asked him if he thought my sword was whimsical or comical.  He didn't know how to answer that one either. But it got a giggle out of the jury.

Jimmy Johnson comes off as a human being... they come off as automatons.  8)

It was really nice of them to come to court wearing their SS style military uniforms.   :)

I don't think that they realize that their black uniforms offend some people.

I even got to refer to them as "military".

littlehawk

I agree with you Jim. At my last trial the SS soldiers felt it necessary to wear their costumes. I even asked them why they were wearing them and got some goofy answers which made the jurors giggle. I never called them officer, I always called them "Mister" so and so.

Good Luck!   and don;t mention chemtrails to the jury.

Jim Johnson

I referred to them by their military rank.
If they were not introduced by their military rank I ask them what their rank was.
