Ian recorded video. The bailiffs were unhappy about knit hats being worn and people not leaving the courtroom quickly enough. Nothing was said about people not standing when requested.

so what sort of force is the system threatening against Jim and his big sword?

Jim Johnson

They just want the $620.
They haven't said how they are going to extract it yet.

Russell Kanning

aha
did the leprechauns in the kangaroo court shrink a little during this process? sounds like some people were not proud of their portions in the play

Jim Johnson

I had to laugh at my self today.   :)
I took on an absurd challenge and then I beat my self up for failing.
I knew better, but there was a glimmer of hope last Thursday afternoon, when the jury went home undecided.
A flicker of light in the long darkness that I wanted to see.
A person will always see the thing he wants to see.
The challenge is seeing the truth in the reality.

that is one of the funny things about juries .... they could bring justice .... we have even watched judges show flashes of it and temporarily end the madness
I guess when and if things get better, it will be reflected in juries and such :)

the great thing is that you didn't spend thousands on lawyers to get the same results
