Disavow open carry--- you are dealing with a federal installation. ?Probably would love to throw away the key on a couple of people nutty enough to challenge Patriot Act. ?This was to be about eminent domain and probably is not the place to be taunting the Feds on your State right to openly carry. ?

I am sure it is not even against the law to openly carry in the airport ..... on this side of the screening area.
This event is about our rights and that we are above the government. Why would I give up some of my rights to protest others?

The Executive Councilors: Wiezorek, Spaulding, and Wheeler were responsible. ?An open carry demonstration in front of their homes or businesses might be a little more effective and possibly dramatically convincing. ?That fight could be the day before as suggested or a future event.

Any protest about freedom involves other aspects of freedom. A protest about eminent domain is also about the right to assembly, free speech, even religious freedom if someone happens to say a prayer for the victims. Freedom is not a selective thing. It is all or nothing.

It would be a horrible thing to see a right this group cherishes so much is lost by simple majority vote by the gang of 435---because they get so nervous about gunslingers brandishing that right so zestfully at very public demonstrations where safety and training concerns of Law Enforcement would provide a take down first--- ask questions later response. 

Try reading the Declaration of Independance again.  Rights ARE NOT GIVEN to us by the government.  No matter what they ever say or think, we will always have the right to protect ourselves.

Anyone carrying at the event would create panic no less equal than to yelling fire in a crowded establishment. ?The event would be over in two minutes and the public sentiment would be let them go to jail for endangering the traveling holiday public. ?Great Press.
