Another interesting little brainwashing phrase the evil government has everybody using.
I'm thinking the court workers always use this language to get it in to JURORS' heads.

If one was actually considered innocent by the government judges and the courts, wouldn't the phrase be "innocent UNLESS proven guilty?"

I did that one for you John, since I know you like the throw that out as their way of looking at us. They also call us "subject"s and "offenders". It always is creepy seeing the US vs. YOUR NAME IN CAPS.
TSR must mean something like probation or something.
I haven't heard anything yet. We found it funny that a large list of agencies were supposed to be at the hearing 15 minutes early. All of this for chalk that cannot be seen any longer.
btw Dallas got below 100 for the first time in a month or so. They had a little storm go through. We are still racking up the 100 degree days. it is possible this will be the hottest dryest summer ever. We are digging a duck pond while everything is super dry.

Mr. Kanning,

A warrant has been issued for your arrest because you did not show up for court on 8/11 at 2:00p.m.  A second warrant federal was issued from a county up north.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Nazry Mustakim Released to Free(r) World
From over at FreeConcord.org
QuoteIn July of last year, we reported on the incarceration and pending deportation proceedings being brought against Nazry Mustakim, when NH activist Russell Kanning was arrested for chalking "Free Naz" at a Waco, TX federal courthouse. Nazry Mustakim is a Waco resident who was born in Singapore and grew up in the United States. After a series of legal proceedings, in which a prosecutor was attempting to try him again on years old drug charges, the state has decided to drop its case against him. His deportation has been canceled, and he is free to return to his home and family after having been imprisoned for 313 days.

We met Naz tonight. He's as sweet as his wife.  11 months in jail for nothing.  He didn't actually spend time in jail for the original felony.

I haven't found the newspaper article. They were there last night too.
I sent an email to the lawyer. I guess it is time to visit the court again now that Naz is out and I am back in Texas.

Yes? well, if it's that nice, maybe all Republicans should be living there.

I was thinking they could take their next vacation there instead of flying back to their district and collecting kickbacks from the lobbyists

I wonder if they issued a warrant?

Apparently they did.
