Who:  Dave Ridley from RidleyReport.com - New Hampshire's second biggest YouTube channel. Joined by supporters.
What:  Indie reporter on trial after Biden videotaping attempt.
When:  10:30 am August 25th (that's when the protest starts, I think the trial is set for two hours later).
Where:  Nashua District Court, 25 Walnut St., Nashua New Hampshire
   http://mapq.st/qjL04c
Why:  I'm charged with Class B misdemeanor "criminal trespass."  Police did not like the speed at which I was following their orders to leave the outskirts of a vice presidential visit.
How: Protest will be outside the court and need not be on court property.  I'd also recommend civility toward the authorities.   I won't pay the fine if one is levied.  I guess if I get arrested on the spot for that I might sing We Shall Overcome. You're invited to join the song.

Note:  The court appearance had originally been scheduled for early morning, then for 11.  Complicated, sorry...but now I'm requesting that folks show up at 10:30 if possible because I will start becoming unavoidably unavailable after 11.  Sorry.  The exact time and status of the trial are unclear, negotiations have been underway to try and reach an honorable settlement (an appropriate null pross)  But I have problems with the the type of null pross they are willing to accept.  So with them floundering a trial is anticipated.

I'm going to lock this thread and direct discussion to the main thread at

There you'll find more details and the video of the incident.

Yes, they usually take books direct from Amazon as long as the book itself is allowable.

Ian is under the impression that they allow you 3 books at a time and after that, the rest are held in your property and can be swapped out for books on hand.  He didn't seem 100% certain but that was his impression.  If so, that means extra books can be sent and will become available to you as you finish the others.  Of course, I can imagine there are delays and such waiting for them to retrieve something for you from your property.

You're talking about the Cheshire county jail.  I'd be in valley street.  but thanks !
