Just wait til mid February, when it's 10 below, snow piled above the roof, and you just finished shoveling the driveway for the tenth time that week....
It doesn't get above the roofs unless it blows there.
It also doesn't snow when it is -10 ...... the snowy weather is the good stuff. :)

I know!? ?Isn't it awesome?!?!??

Get a good look at the ground between now and mid-December, because that's the last we'll see of it until March.?

I guess we'll finally have to break down and turn on the heat soon.? Living in an apartment does have some advantages!

Yep, we still have a window open and haven't turned on the heat - our downstairs neighbors are doing that for us. But it isn't very satisfying - we don't pay for heat here. :-\

I hope sandy isn't sleeping thru this.

It is beautiful here this morning. I think this my be my first snowy holiday. Last year didn't have snow at Thansgiving or at Christmas. "The one that stuck" wasn't until the day or two after Christmas.

You may be glad now that you haven't turned on the heat, but I was hopping mad last year when I NEVER turned on the heat and we baked in a hot apartment all winter. So far, I am pleased with the adjustability of the heat in this new apartment.

Nope, the novelty doesn't wear off that quick.? I'm still delighted about it, and it's been over a year.

Yeah Kat and I were lamenting the hot weather in April -- we said, bring back the cold! Didn't we Kat?

Well anyway, I hope Friday had a chance to make some snow angels!

It snows in NH?   :o

CRAP!  I thought I was going to escape that by moving out of WI.

Kat Kanning

Soft, silky, and oh so manageable!  We use snow conditioner here.
