radiance from the golden sunset this evening.

That was so fantastic that I had to try to get a picture (as I traveled down 93).  I got one though not a very good one - as my life seemed a slightly higher priority at the moment.  :o

When the sun suddenly burst out and the trees to the east lit up golden/orange I reached for my bag in the back seat (I wasn't expecting anything like this so I was caught off gaurd) and had to carefuly fiddle around for my camera as I "crawed along" in traffic . . . zoom . . . window down . . . check for safe distance from other cars . . . click.

Not quite the angle I was hopeing for, but 93 didn't seem like a good place to stop and fool around yesterday.  (OK. Call me nuts.)

We only had sun for a minute, but the clouds looked great.

Apparently not willing to take risks for your art.

The Sentinel claimed we had 16.8 inches in Keene.

My bald tires somehow saved me last night.

Some genius in Newmarket apparently forgot where he was going, missed his turn, and slammed on his brakes in front of me.  I was a good distance back, but it was a close call.

n00bs.  sigh  ;)

There's a most incredible sunset right now.

Yet again, we cannot see it due to cloud cover.   :P

Definitely 15"

I know Russell and Kat are proud of their "people powered" snow removal business, but still... there's something to be said in favor of mmmmmmoooooore power!

Like the V8 variety....

Most men in the neighborhood laugh at our manual labor, since they are into bigger and bigger machinery all the time.
But we had to hold back our gloating when the guy 2 doors down was pulling on his start cord for 15 minutes and tinkering to get the machine started.

My bald tires . . .

Um Mike, I admit that I'm a bit nuts so maybe I'm not the one to tell you, but (um) I think bald tires are unsafe.

Sorry to put it that way but, we would hate to read about you getting hurt or ????????????.
Not to mention that just getting stuck kind of sucks to.  Do you at least have a shovel and pleanty of sand in your car?  If you get stuck - and you have bald tires - you might need a realy good shovel!

WOW! It sure was!  From the pinks, reds, and blue purples to the east, the blending of it all to the south, to the orange/gold/yellow/blue greens the the west!  It was a nice commute.
I enjoyed watching the colors as they faded and blended before they all went dark.

So for the whinning part:  Sure wish I had the night off yesterday - and wasn't traveling "65 MPH" at the time . . .

Yup. That's me, Mr. Timmed.  Never taking any chances.  Just letting life pass me by . . .  ;D
