?Nobody knew exactly how to answer my question. I tried the fire department first and eventually spoke with (Deputy Fire Chief Stephen Griswold). I explained that I would be in control of the fire, and that it wouldn?t be a large fire,? Rines said.

We had that same exact experience with the first UN flag burn trying to get a permit and stuff.  Finally went without it.

I have to work later on the 12th, but I'm thinking this will be such a "happening" court date that I will try to set some time aside to be there.
