Danny Riley, the man who was shot at and arrested after he discovered
U.S. Marshals stalking Ed Brown's home, has revealed the amazing truth
behind how he was threatened with 15 years in jail by the FBI unless
he lied to the media to cover-up the fact that yesterday's events were
a planned siege and not merely to serve a warrant as authorities had
claimed.

Riley related in a video blog late yesterday how he had unwittingly
stumbled across U.S. Marshals preparing to raid the Brown property as
he left the house to take Ed Brown's dog for a walk. Riley was
confronted by two men in camouflage who fired two shots at him as he
attempted to run away, but was then tackled by 12 other armed Marshals
who tasered and handcuffed him.

What happened after was carried in our article this morning, but the
whole story exposes how the FBI had planned to orchestrate a violent
raid on the Brown's property, before aborting the siege and attempting
to use Riley, under intimidation that he would be jailed or even
killed, as a go-between to sell the cover-story to the media that the
authorities were merely serving a warrant.

Riley now fears for his life but has shown tremendous courage in
coming forward to lift the lid and expose the lies that the New
Hampshire police told the media in downplaying yesterday's events and
hiding the fact that they were planning a raid.

Riley tells us that after he was arrested and taken to the Lebanon
Police Department, he was told that authorities had been conducting
surveillance of the Brown's home on Wednesday and that they knew the
Brown's owned a 50 caliber rifle because they had observed Riley using
it on the Brown's shooting range, while a squadron of snipers lay in
wait should they have been discovered, aiming guns at Riley as he was
being watched.

Riley was interrogated by two FBI officials who called themselves Phil
and Mark, and was threatened with 15 years imprisonment if he told the
media that the FBI were involved in the aborted raid on the Brown's
property.

Riley was then ordered to lie to the media and tell them that during
his morning walk, he had not seen armed U.S. Marshals but plain
clothed police officers who were merely serving a warrant for the
seizure of the Brown's dental office 10 miles away, and that the
officers had simply tackled and not shot at or tasered him after he
ran. Riley was told that if he didn't lie to the media he was facing
certain prison time or even death.

Riley was then dropped off back at the Brown's home after the media
had been allowed to approach the house. In an act of astounding
courage, Riley ignored the media as they yelled questions at him and
headed straight into the house to tell Ed Brown that the FBI had
ordered him to lie.

Riley then emerged from the house and told the authorities what they
wanted to hear - that he had relayed the cover story to the media.
Riley was then dropped off at a bus station and told by authorities
that if he returned to the scene he would either be imprisoned or killed.

Despite the fact that Riley bravely ignored the threats and did not
relay the cover-story, the local media still bought the police's
explanation that they had never planned to raid the house and that,
after erecting roadblocks a mile around, evacuating neighbors, cutting
the Brown's phone and power lines and deploying 6 helicopters along
with a SWAT team and APC's, they were merely serving a warrant for an
empty property 10 miles away.

Danny Riley is risking his life by telling the truth - that New
Hampshire police, led by the FBI, had conducted prior surveillance of
the property and were in place about to launch a violent siege against
Ed and Elaine Brown before Riley's chance encounter with U.S. Marshals
led officials to abort the raid and manufacture a cover-story which
they then tried to intimidate Riley into selling to the local media.

This represents open fraud, deceit and extortion on behalf of New
Hampshire police as well as the FBI and Danny Riley's testimony
demands immediate attention from national as well as local media in
the New Hampshire area.

Let get a hearse and some flag-covered caskets and have a funeral procession all the way to the Brown's house.  "We're on our way there to pay our last respects."  "we're returning a good friend to the Earth and seeing him off to meet Jesus."

Since it's the next Waco, let's have body bags for all 83 people that they burned to death for their own good.  It's good that all those loving families are safe now.  Print out photos of all the women and children and loving fathers.  Have a memorial for Vicki, Sam, and Elisheba Weaver as well.  Start diggin two 6-foot holes right in front of the house as you drive up.  Erect a massive funeral pyre.

Who are the people in NH that are complicit in harassing Ed for a federal issue, and who are the militant thugs who are volunteering - who's signing up to dress up like soldier and GET Ed and Elaine?  That's where the focus should be.  Questions should be asked about the fundamental issues of jusridiction and just powers derived from the consent of the governed.  State of NH employees should not be enforcing, assisting, supporting, cooperating with, or backing up agents of federal government.  That's not what our extortion money is supposed to be for.  It's for the children. 

Signs should be erected as physical barriers to an attack on Ed and Elaine's home.  Signs reminding alleged peace officers of their Oath of office and duty to protect the Constitution for the united states of America and the Constitution of the State of NH.  Signs proclaiming the limitations set upon government in Article I, section 8 and in the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution - signs that must be physically and symbolically destroyed to get to the Browns.  Other signs and symbols should pervade the area as well to give the press and the nation lasting images of what tyranny disregards in their lust and zeal for power and control.

I have a Radio Shack surveillance camera model 49-2513 that is still in the box. It has a motion sensor with alarm and it sees pretty well in the dark as it has infrared. If Ed and Elaine want it I will send it FOC. Can someone please find out if they do? I mean, I have no problem with sending it if they will use it. If not, I'd rather put my time and money wherever else they think it will do the most good.

I brought a 4 camera, motion detecting, surveillance system to Ed a few months back.  He didn't want it.  I've got it at my barn now. 
What he would like is a wireless remote control camera network that has a range of 1/2 mile and passively monitors the infrared spectrum for motion and and shape, and never makes a false alarm.  That's a pretty tall order.

Hey E-ville - do you have any recommendations for a good, small, inconspicuous video camera?  I've seen some very small ones for sale, but don't know what quality they are and haven't had much time for shopping lately.  I hope to have a good all-around recording device for my exploits in NH.

Lauren, what did you use to tape the traffic stop for driving without a license and registration?  I think my blood pressure and heart rate would be ... elevated during something like that.  Good for you!  You go gurl!  I look forward to reading updates and hearing more at PorCFest.

I would recommend against making molotov coctails.  I suppose it wouldn't hurt to have the materials at the Browns' property, but I wouldn't assemble them unless you are attacked.(*)

If you have lanterns, which are often made of glass, contain fuel and a wick, then they are OK to have according to statute.
JP8 is not only jet fuel, but is also the fuel used in many military trucks.  It is also known as diesel fuel.

Maybe Ed's case might test the un-lawfulness of this statute as being against his Article 10 Rights to Revolt in whatever manner he can and ought to do, as in Part the First & Bill of Rights of our New Hampshire Constitution that reads that it is "absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind" when you do NOT resist against "arbitrary power" ...

...And WHY resist only to the point of being captured by superior power, like for the tanks to overrun the property!?  Ed has got to have these Molotov Cocktails made ahead of time(*) to Art. 14 "prompt"ly offset such an attack of beyond an assault, because an assault is technically a pre-liminary attack, before the threshold OFF the property.  So WHERE exactly were the camouflaged Federal goons at the end of the driveway?, WHEN they shouted to Riley to stop, and since Riley was running back TO the house, they must have trespassed ONto the grounds in violation of the sign I saw there Wednesday night telling them to call by telephone to the number listed BEFORE they do ENTER.  "Them" of WHO? The State Police or Marshals, or Treasury Agents instead cutting the telephone line, and UNDER what authority?  RSA 123:1 reads that BEFORE they/ the Feds can operate here they must first file papers with Bill Gardner's Office of Secretary of State, and THEN maybe have that power. So can somebody find out exactly WHERE on this line from the pole it was cut? photograph that as evidence, and contact the telephone company _____________ for their records of this either BEFORE +/or AFTER the raid...

...And what of the electric power off for a while earlier during the week for the entire road?  Was this really from the thunderstorm or was that a convenient cover-up for what was to happen next. cat 5 can transmit video thousands of feet with the right blaun converters

What are blaun converters? Specifically, how do they extend the range of cat5? The maximum distance for plain old cat5 is a little over 300 ft so I think it would be pretty amazing to increase that to thousands of feet as you suggest.

These convert standard video and audio to be transmitted over cat5.. not digitizing the signal but just making the ohms ect match the cable.

Remember that anything transmitted over internet can be blocked or stopped easily..  you need a wayto capture this information off site so when the stuff goes down you can get to it.. because there going to take everything form the houe and hide it away for a long long time if its a Waco style thing.

Best bet would to get them a nice big TV transmitter that transmitts about 30 miles..  let evert ne with a TV be a possbaly person recording and viewing it..

This war isn't going to be won by force its going to be won through information dispersal and supporting those in trouble. This revolution will be on the information not the force involved..

IF you don't want the feds toinvade the browns get a way to monitor and record there homestead.. that will deter them and will also be the proof needed if the go through with it. Using a ISP or Cell service isnt going to cut it as you already know the feds just go to to these companies and make them turn it off. you need to be in control of it.. you need to broadcast from that site in some way or another.  Wireless networks can transmit a mile or so with a shotgun style antenna..  Some one said there was a fire tower or something like this a mile away with direct line of sight to there house.  You could shoot a wifi signal out to that tower and record it to hard disk there and then retransmitt it somewhere else with a cell data card..  A directional wifi signal is harder to detect or block. All thgough it can be done..  other ideas would include  parabolic satalite dishes, they can transmitt a FCC legal wifi signal many many miles.

I feel that the only way to really stop the feds is to make it impossably to have there security from the media..

Remember they blocaded the roads stopped reporters and stoped air traffic.. there really worried about this getting out, they were going to invade on this last attempt.. take this oppertunity to fix it becuae next time it wont go so well unless we foul up there plans... like the dog walker and the local supporters did this last time..  Next time there going to turn it up some more.. My bet is a just all out raid.. no warning and over in 10 minutes.  they will rollin and do it, No time for a response locally.. we have to be p repaired before they do so... not after the fact.

I think the key is to reinvent the weel  the more theatrical it is the more efectiv it would be.  also i was watching the west wing and the charicter Toby made a good point, that activism isnt just about agitating the state its about activating the masses, let the cops do there own thing, if they think your holding moltoff coctails that sucks, but there will be video cameras...  there should be someone there.  even if you just have one person on the lawn 24 hours a day to say "I am watching"  think about it, one person standing with a candle 24hrs a day seven days a week could me really powerfull.  and if they keep getting arested what does that say?

Yeah I Just wish i could be there to put them in place..  But informing people that are local may help..  a pair of cat 5 to video blauns and a roll of  cat5 could be a very easy and cheap way to get the needed surveillance off site. add a vcr  and a 4 hour tape and some volenteers. I would also say transmitt audio and video over the internet through as many service providers as possable cell modems satslite, direct wifi point to point transmissions etc. Also do live FM and Am transmissions, and HAM and CB radio, also those little FM 2 mile radios..  make it as hard as possable for these goons to be unseen.. the worst that could happen is they go in and kill everyone and there is evidence of it all over the places that they can't control.. The feds rule by force and control if you have the upper hand by having that control then you win.  Its kind of blackmail in a way but you making it publicly known there for it's not really blackmail.

We pay these goons paychecks so its our right to be able to see what there doing on our dime..  So let the world see what there doing on it.

This for me isn't a tax issue it's a moral rights issue.  The government does not own people.
