Fed detainee in Plainfield says authorities shot at him

A man claiming to be the individual detained outside Ed Brown's place....is claiming in a Google video that he was fired upon twice after discovering, then fleeing, camouflaged men in the woods.

Presumably these were warning shots, but in the video the man claims the rounds passed by him close enough that he could feel them whiz by.  His name is said to be Dave Riley (not to be confused with me; I have a somewhat similar name).

In related news from the same thread, the Browns' phone line is said to have been mysteriously reconnected. 

According to one of her staffers, Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter has issued an e-mail claiming that she got a call from a neighbor of Ed's who was upset with the police and fearful of "another Waco."  Upon inquiring with the Marshals, she claims told her they intended to arrest Ed, but events did not go according to plan.

A small number of demonstrators will converge on the Federal building in Manchester from 2p-3:30p on Friday June 8, according to a different NHfree.com thread:

Another anti-Federal demonstration is planned in Keene the same day, according to calendar.nhfree.com

The demonstrators say they are particularly concerned over the allegations that nearby residents were forced to leave their homes and that state police assisted Washington in this raid.

Get a bunch of folks together with backpacks filled with fresh produce, and everyone will try to "infiltrate" the Brown's "compound" at the same time.  Everyone who gets in provides the browns with fresh food (enabling their stores to last longer) and everyone who gets caught will 1) tie up cops, distracting them from the others; and 2) will necessitate the cops deciding how many of these cases they actually want to take to court and prosecute, with any jury having to decide whether someone walking through the woods with produce is a "criminal."

Also, even if they decide to prosecute a number of these cases, how many different juries will they have to empanel, how will they control the news, and so on.

I spent a while in the Army as a Cavalry Scout.  The whole purpose of that job is to seek out the enemy, report back to the main body, and screen the location and such of the main body from the enemy.

That being said, I'd like to educate our folks on a simple little reporting system so they can get the information we need when they encounter things like this.  First of all, remember the word "SALUTE."

Size--give us numbers; approximately how many were there?

Activity--what were they doing? Road blocks, traffic control, setting up a command post, arresting people, evacuations, what?

Location--where were they exactly? How were they emplaced?

Unit--who were they? SS, ATF, US Marshals, NH State Police, Mass Police, Local cops?

Time--when exactly did you see this?  Pin it down as close as possible.

Equipment--what did they have? Armored vehicles (how many and what kind)? Fire trucks, ambulances, SWAT vans, rifles, snipers, automatic weapons, etc.

Make sure you give us all the facts you can, even things that you're sure of but which don't seem that important right now.  Obviously the SALUTE Report is the most important, but anything else could very well make a difference.  Then, after providing the facts, please give us your opinions and suppositions--your unconscious mind may have picked up something your conscious mind didn't, and your guesses and gut feelings may give us something that we can corroborate from another source. 

Also, don't just report on the enemy--report on anyone else there.  The media, folks you know to be Porcupines and such and other allies, etc.  Information and our ability to react accordingly will enable us to out-maneuver the enemy.  And the better we get at this, the better we will get at forcing them to react to us, rather than having to react to them.  When we take and hold the initiative, we win.

(202) 622-2000 for "General Information" as to maybe WHO* he might have delegated this authority to to accept or reject such an ORDER from a crooked and illegal court. Update: I called the 202: 622-2000 telephone # above at from about 10-10:12 a.m. this morning and:

(1) first got into automation of: press 1- for IRS... and zero 0- for assistance... that I did getting:

(2) Mary, who said that Henry was busy, and referred me over to Kathy at 622-9600 who told me that Eric Hample, is the Director of The Office of Asset Forfeiture, 1341 G. St., Suite 900, Washington, D.C. 20220, and that I ought to leave a message with Bill Bradley, his legal counsel, at direct dial 622-2252 and so I did and telling him that if and when the paperwork arrives from the Ed Brown/I.R.S. case from here in New Hampshire he should not accept it but instead: reject it, as I can explain over the phone to him, but better to send this to him in writing, the bottom line being that our state prevents the federalies from acting withIN this state until the RSA 123:1 paperwork is filed first according to Art.I, Sec. 8, cl. 17 of 18 in the U.S. Constitution, as any ORDER from the U.S. District Court not yet so ordered, is OUT-OF-ORDER and to be rejected as DENIED for their writing that the Secretary SHALL and WILL publish such an Order and "the Treasury Department's intent to dispose of the property listed in the Preliminary Order of Forfeiture"....

Update: I spoke with Eric Hampel this morning, and he knows nothing of this "Ed Brown" case, advising that I contact the Boston IRS Office http://www.irs.gov/foia/article/0,,id=120681,00.html for WHO (___________) it is that requested the Marshals to assist them in serving the seizure papers on Ed yesterday, the name maybe in the File #06-cr-71-01/02-SM that showed nothing new on the computer screen when I did visit the court in Concord at almost 4:00 p.m. closing time again, the office workers NOT volunteering any info that some paper was sitting on their desk for computer entry as document no. ___ as Gary told me was the case today.

WHO-ever ordered this is OUT-OF-ORDER, as per the above information, and needs to be reprimanded by the Secretary, who if he fails to do so, ought to be replaced by the next President, maybe Ron Paul. Same goes for replacing Thomas Colantuono, as the U.S. Attorney, and Steven Monier, the U.S. Marshal. The "opinions" from the courts, that these executive officers make their "decisions" on, are just that: opinions that when compared to the law, and are deviant therefrom, shall be returned like in a non-est return to the court stamped VOID: No N.H. RSA Ch. 123:1 papers on file, as required by Art.I,Sec.8,U.S.Const.

John E. Sununu's Nashua office giving me the run-around back to the Secretary of State instead of telling me WHO this RSA 123:1 federal officer is supposed to be!

While looking for the IRS Boston at http://www.google.com I found at the top of page #1 there the Ted Craft, Attorney website of http://www.taxrisk.com/Criminal_Tax.shtml and that I had a nice chat with him on the phone about a Beverly Farms, MAss. IRS similar incident back in the 1980s that he helped to solve for the defendant. And that maybe if somebody can send a $5,000 retainer donation to him for to start Ed's case, this case might be able to get back on track, the track being of both within the legal and the law!!

In the meantime a copy of this is going over to: Major Susan Forey,, Field Operations, 33 Hazen Dr., Room 200, Concord, N.H. 03301 603: 271-3793 as my RSA Ch. 91-A Right to know [within five (5) business days] of WHO from the Marshal's Office contacted the State Police for assistance, because THEY did not give you the complete picture that includes this RSA 123:1 element, and that ought to result in an apology from the Marshal and HALT from further corruption in either: (1) this seizure* going to a forfeiture, and (2) any attempt at an arrest of Ed on the illegal bench warrant. What I'm looking for is a copy of that letter of request for assistance, +/or memo pads thereto related.

So WHERE was the City Protection by Police Chief? since by Article 12, N.H. Const., Part the First this is a RIGHT, and not a merely privilege that can be given away!? I think Ed & Elaine ought to get their $___________ property taxes returned! as the City's non-performance of the duty they paid for but did not receive!

In fact, since an attachment is a taking, and the locks having been broken into, "Breaking & Entering" RSA Ch. _____ N.H. CRIMINAL CODE, and replaced by WHO? _____________ (a local locksmith?) the building has, in effect, been stolen, and so the sevenfold formula of to charge the thief 7 times the $amount stolen enters the picture by Public Law 97-280, 96 Statute 1211 of Oct. 4, 1982 = the Year of the Bible for 1983 & Beyond, see: Proverbs 6:30-31. So over $800,000 x 7 = $5,600,000 + due the Browns by the Feds and City BEFORE this case gets back on track.

Modification: The City of Lebanon Tax Collector @ 448-1720 says the taxes are up-to-date.  ATT / the owner of record paid $17,312.00 last year, and are billed twice a year: $8661.00 due July 1st, and then another bill to be sent out November 1st.  So WHO can rent there, and WHAT are the terms? by Marshal!?

What's it fortified with - niacin?  Aren't all his neighbors on the same hilltop as well?  I mean, it is NEW HAMPSHIRE - there might be a few hills here and there...   And the proper definition of a compound: an enclosure of residences and other buildings.  Where's the enclosure?  The Nazis had compounds for the Jews, the US had compounds for the Japanese - but as far as I can tell, Ed and Elaine don't have one.
