In Tallahassee visiting his mother for a few days..

Thanks.  He doesn't usually leave the thread quiet for this long and I wondered if he'd been arrested.

WANTED

Do you have a picture of Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal Gary DiMartino?

If so, please post it here.

If not, please go get one.

When he isn't at the federal courthouse in Concord watching peaceful people being dragged away in chains, or trying to figure out how to raid Ed and Elaine Brown's peaceful home without getting himself shot at, you may be able to find him at Dunkin Donuts or having a late lunch at Panera Bread.

Southern Poverty Law Center hates Ed and Elaine Brown
Antigovernment Extremism

This is one of the country's PREMIER HATE GROUPS, so I wouldn't care what THEY say one bit...
There are even groups that watch them for all the hate they spew...

error

Someone should track pro-government extremists.

Dimartino.  I think Roger has video of the guy.  He might have photos, too, or John might.

To harass and annoy: The latest DOJ harassment of Homeland Stupidity.

Geez, how lame...what they're doing, not your story.

Sounds to me like a lone Fed clown with too much time on his hands and no life, getting his rocks off trying to exploit our paranoias... except that some of us aren't as paranoid as he thinks.  Too bad, kinda takes the fun out of it, doesn't it Mister ICE Man???  ;D

Guess we could all pretend to be frightened...

Sure adds some serious credibility to the label Homeland Stupidity.

Error, this is starting to sound less and less like Marshals and more like that angry "I'm going to kill myself" kid that was posting here, bragging about being the king of psyops and disinformation.

Someone has been impersonating the Marshals on the Ed & Elaine MySpace chat on a daily basis but it's kind of obviously a teenager type, especially since he or she can't spell marshal and the threats have been stupid, kind of like what you're seeing.

Oh, it could be some nutjob with too much time on their hands. But this particular nutjob has too much time and money on their hands. And, I've been watching the feds use that particular proxy server for some time now, but until today I never told anyone except Caleb which proxy server it was.

Elaine's car impounded.

Couple of interesting quotes from that article...

QuoteGrafton resident Judy Dunham said her 17-year-old daughter was on her way to one of her two jobs about 11 a.m. when her daughter's Chrysler Concord sedan was hit by a Chevy Blazer at an intersection.

TWO jobs?  Does it trouble no one that a 17 year old kid instead of spending their summer playing and having fun is stuck working TWO jobs.  That says something about our society.

QuoteWe can't arrest someone just for visiting the Browns," he said.

But because of their status as fugitives, Monier said anyone found to be "aiding or abetting the Browns in their continued obstruction of justice" are subject to arrest, if evidence warrants.

He said federal marshals are actively investigating "a few individuals" who may fit that description.

Theres something some of those here may want to take notice about.

Quote"No, I have no expectation that the Browns will offer to do the right thing, to pay for the damages," Dunham said.

"I will deal with it. It's just that here's my daughter, a law-abiding citizen, working and paying her insurance, hit by some out-of-state driver in a car owned by the Browns, with no insurance. And nothing will happen to the Browns. How can it?"

Actually since Jason Gerhard was the one driving shouldn't HE be the one responsible and therefor be the one expected to pay some sort of damages to the girl he hit?
