Charges range from accessory after the fact to possession and use of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.

Accessory to what? They were responsible for the Browns not paying their taxes all these years? Ridiculous.
What was the 'crime of violence' in particular?
I thought Riley was just walking a dog one day and they shot at HIM?

This is nuts.

I tend to think of "accessory" charges along the same line as "obstruction" and "conspiracy"—these are the nebulous charges the government throws at people if they can't find something more specific that'll stick.

I still wonder what the gun crime was...also, if they can do this, it would seem they could trump up charges on anyone who might have gone up there at all..even if just for a visit.  I mean they know where they are, so it doesn't seem to me that anyone was helping to 'hide' them...   Ridiculous!

Have fun I'll be at the range shooting some rounds, then maybe some golf, possible a swim in the pool with the kids depending on the weather. Maybe Richardr can come over and meet some real patriots that don't threaten to kill innocent people and focus primarily on defending our fellow man. romak I realize you don't approve of ed but i don't appreciate your gloating over the arrest of riley and others who have NOT to my knowledge done/threatened anything violent or aggressive.

Dada you are right I shouldnt gloat, Im just ready for this to end. But Reno did most definitely committ a crime and he has threatened innocents as much if not more than Ed has. Subscribe to his blog on myspace and read all the bs he has espousing. Hes worse than Ed with his threats, do find it interesting though how he went down without a fight.
