Richardr its like you've met this man before. I completely agree with your second point. Ive been saying that all along but I thought I beat that dead horse enough. Of course I dont want to see him die either, in fact Ive said that Elaine is a very sweet woman and doesnt deserve to be involved in this bs. My opinion is she should've stayed at her sons house and let Ed deal with this mess he created. I can still see him with that Paul Revere hat and it makes me sick to my stomach to this day. The question is.....what in the hell is Ed Brown going to do now?

There's a second point though, that I'd like to make.  Ed is arrogant, he's gullible, and he's an asshole, but I don't want him to die, because he is not a sane man, and he hasn't been sane in many many years.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that Ed Brown is supporting a libertarian cause.  He's self-serving, and that's it.

HOW can being the middleman/ mailman for the Browns in PRIVATE service to and from them be illegal, when the U.S. Postal Service WRONGfully cut them off withOUT a hearing** too!? In America this is called "Free Enterprise", of which the government is supposed to support, not hinder! Isn't this against the First Amendment: Freedom of Speech and Art. 22, N.H. association too, and especially protected in N.H. by our Art. 10 Right of Revolution! against federal government goons that have gone berserk*** and are the REAL "outlaws"! The word berserk, defined as de-ranged, the Feds TRYing to maintain their range of unlawful jurisdiction, and so of course, THEY are upset at our attempt to de-range them! Ed has his "range", and these Feds are and will forever be de-ranged from it: those 110 acres in Plainfield (which Treasurer BTW to call this afternoon too, __________ (see page 363 above) to see if he deposited that Federal Check #_________with the Mascoma Bank in Lebanon that Thursday as his weekly workdays there, to visit the bank next Tuesday after my court trial @ 11:00 a.m. in Newport District Court, re: the "Wise up or Die" case) 

(*) So WHY is the arraignment in Concord, N.H. @ 2:00 p.m. this afternoon, in Courtroom "B"? re: my call a few minutes ago to there at 225-1423. Isn't this OUTside their jurisdiction?  Isn't he/Robert entitled to fight the charges in Vermont?  Like to tell the U.S. District Court judge there [in Burlington?, Vermont] that the New Hampshire General Court and Legislature offered the R.S.A. Ch. 123:1 concurrent jurisdiction to the Feds back on Flag Day, June 14th, 1883, but that the Feds declined our invitation that is REQUIRED and BEFORE they can act withIN our state by "Consent" only, per Art. I, Section 8, Clause 17, U.S. Const. !

--I did just call his home and then his office leaving a detailed then summary message respectfully to TRY to make it down to the U.S. District Court in Concord, N.H. @ 2:00 p.m. this afternoon for the Robert Wolfe arraignment case # __________ that looks to be unlawful and illegal, withOUT jurisdiction as this VERMONT resident was arrested in VERMONT, and to drag him over the N.H. border, maybe the Border Patrol at: ___________ ought to be called too, to have some type of Public Hearing withIN their branch of government? I read in the newspapers that they were "assisting" the U.S. Marshal and so co-horts to their dirty deeds too?  Talk about co-conspirators! wow!

P.S. It's worthless calling State Rep. Carla Skinder.  She's a nurse who does not like to check-and-balance ahead of time, but would rather deal with the bloody aftermath. So she told me on the telephone a few months ago when I called her, BELIEVE IT OR NOT!  Maybe YOU can get her to be the public servant she is supposed to be.  She already got her $200 per 2-year term pay last January 2007 and so is like saying to everyone now: I don't give a shit, I've already gotten paid, and laughing all the way to the bank!

    As far as non-violent action, you are "preaching to the choir"
as they say occasionally.  Some of us have previous military training,
but out of personal conviction use non violent means of change.
I personally will not use violence as a means of offense, simply  because
once you commit a violent act, you have become as morally bankrupt
as the system at large.   

   Victimless crime is the root of the issue.   Maybe a few people are upset
that someone knows the truth,and  can journey to the inner cities and demand that people
stop collecting reallocated wealth and see how many of those folks,
who are multi-generational consumers with no ambition to do
meaningful work, are a "threat" when their government "benefits" are withdrawn.

I suppose, RP is for eliminating the IRS, but that doesn't mean he supports the Browns.
But as I said in another post about Huckabee, perception is the key and you watch, they will make an issue out of this.

He's backed himself into this corner before (to paraphrase, "I'll kill anyone who comes to my property to try to collect property taxes") but in the end he decided to live another day and shrug it off.  This time however, was different, because you guys provided him with support.  You pushed the insane man into a standoff to the death, by telling him that he was right, and by showing your support for his idiotic insane rantings.  Listen to Ed and Elaine speak, and you'll hear them say over and over that they're doing it for you.

Instead of facing two years in prison, he's now looking at life in prison or death.  Good job, supporters.  You must feel proud of yourselves.

Turnout was 9 by the time i had to go at 2:30.   a bunch of different tv crews were there and interviewed us.  9 , 25, etc.
didnt get a chance to put this in the video but when i left concord i had noticed 18 positive responses, 9 negative (over a 3 hr period)

when i got to manchester to demonstrate i ended up doing it alone bc everyone went to concord.  there i got 10 positive 6 negative....over a 90 min. period.

lots of the negative folks calmed down fast if they talked to us more than once....talking to them softly and letting them do most of the talking seems to really help.

I was at wal*mart and noticed they have sub $800 hard drive video cams now, with night vision.  In camera editing is something I'd love to sit and learn with you if I get one of these 40-hour beasts.
