questions:  are the browns letting major media on property?

is anyone in a position to give me a ride to plainfield tomorrow?  or does anyone want to carpool?    i wasn't planning on going but now that they've made arrests it's all the more important for every swingin &^%$ in the field to do go up there this weekend.

ed has banned me from the property but i could stand outside with a sign or something.

I've left a message with Shaun Kranish two days in a row with no return. He may be in transit. Has anyone seen or talked to him?

He was on the Brown radio show yesterday.  He isn't going to travel to NH for the concert.

Kat Kanning

I think the hearings for bail were at 2:00 on Monday.

(1)... It was heartbreaking to see the Wolfe family torn apart by government workers attempting to extract their paychecks from Ed and Elaine Brown. Mrs. Wolfe was clearly very distraught about the government/mafia kidnapping of her husband.

(2) Danny Riley, who was dragged back to New Hampshire from New York, appeared to have no one there to comfort him except for some of the nine people who showed up to protest the arrests. ....

Does anybody here have the telephone number:

1. in Randolph, Vermont (802) __________ for Mrs. Wolffe, or any other family member? +/or

2. in Albany, New York (___) __________ for the relatives of Daniel Riley?

The reason I ask is that somebody yesterday told me that one or both of them were being shipped to the Federal Jail Cell over in Dover at the Strafford County Jail.  When I say "Federal Jail Cell" that means the State of New Hampshire is paid $_____ per day to reimburse the state from the Feds, and so while in New Hampshire custody, a thought came to mind:  WHY not have Mrs. Wolfe, if she can't get to see her husband, file a "next-best-friend" Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus with the Strafford County Court in accordance with Article 91, Part 2 of the N.H. Constitution? See http://nh.gov/constitution/constitution.html and http://press-pubs.uchicago.edu/founders/documents/a1_9_2s7.html The charges against the Feds could be their lack of jurisdiction to re-take their federal prisoner back into their possession and for the county judge there to HALT such illegal and unlawful acts by the U.S. Marshals Service! Illegal and unlawful in that the Feds are in non-compliance with N.H. RSA Ch. 123:1 from 1-8-17 U.S. Constitution.  A certified copy from Bill Gardner's Office of Secretary of State could be presented into evidence at a hearing sometime Monday MORNING to put a "monkey wrench" into the Feds' attempt for further hearings in the illegal and unlawful federal court in Concord on Monday AFTERNOON.

If anybody from the Wolffe +/or Riley families would like to meet with me at the typewriter in the Concord Public Library on Green Street (same street that intersects with Pleasant Street for the Federal Courthouse) at say 1:00 p.m. this afternoon to get a service copy over to the U.S. Attorney by 1:30 p. m. with an about one hour ride over to Dover to get there by 2:30 p.m., with 1.5 hours to spare, would you please call me at my cell phone # 603: 848-6059.  I will be up at the N.H. Supreme Court working on my own case in the Library there.

Yours truly, Joe / Joseph S. Haas, P.O. Box 3842, Concord, N.H. 03302, Tel. 603: 848-6059 (cell phone).

A first draft could be sometime like: heading: State of New Hampshire, Stafford County - - Superior Court, ____________ v. Superintendant ____________ of the ___________ County Jail, Docket #___________. Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Now comes the Petitioner, _______________, the next-best-friend of ______________, a Federal prisoner situated at the __________ County Jail under an Indictment from the Federal Grand Jury in Concord, N.H. Look, I'm talking to myself.

Shaun just called. He's OK.

Alex Jones interviewed Ed and Elaine yesterday.

Those of you planning on going to concert tomorrow, please take care.  Ed makes it clear that he has placed devices / traps in the woods.

Bill Riley

Hello Everyone,

I'm Danny's Brother.  I wanted to thank everyone for coming out and showing support for Danny at the Concord court house!  It means so much to Danny!

I have spoken with Danny via phone from the Dover jail and he is doing fine considering the circumstances.  The bail hearing is currently scheduled for Monday at 2pm and we will be traveling over to Concord for this.  I'm in the process of building Danny's legal defense team and we are currently discussing the possibility of setting up a legal defense fund so that we will be able to put together an effective team to fight these charges.

I will keep the community updated via this board as the legal effort proceeds.

Again, thank you all so very much for all your support!

best regards,
Bill Riley

Did you read the investigator report on Dan Riley? For a guy who bragged so many times about how tough he was with the federal agents who arrested him in June, he sure spilled a whole lot of information.

Yes, that he did. And much of it was used to get the other indictments. This is unfortunate, but it's the way any good agency gets information out of people: through lying, harassment, intimidation, and outright threats. Maybe even torture if they can get away with it. This sort of stuff is difficult for almost anyone to resist, and even if you think you're prepared for it, you probably aren't.

Now that Riley is facing a very real prison sentence of 5 years min to 21 years max, one can only imagine what information he's willing to trade.

That young kid Jason is looking at a minimum of life in prison if convicted on all counts.

Purchasing a bunch of rifles for Ed at local New Hampshire gun dealers and playing at being an armed security for the Browns.  AP said they found a pipe bomb and grenade in his room at his mom's home and the indictment I linked to above doesn't even include those items.
