It might be just me but when did it become a crime for a law abiding citizen to buy a gun? Or a fire estinguisher? all the browns asked of the government was to show them a law on the books that states that we must pay income taxes and the government refused. the questions people need to be asking theirselves is this: "what's wrong with american today?" "What's wrong with the government?" and "how do we fix it?" it's up to us to fix things in this country, plain and simple. you can't trust politicians. they'll do what's best for them and the special interests, not what's best for the people.

It's a race. The IRS and their bodyguards will absolutely be widely recognized as illegitimate and their actions criminal, even by ma and pa six pack. There is no question about that. The race is how many of us will be taking a dirt nap or taking up space in their jails before the fact.

The clock is ticking. They know it. That's why they keep trying to pick a fight. The Browns represent that which they cannot control with the only weapon in their arsenal - FEAR

Refuse to be afraid. Insert the lyrics to "Let It Be" here.  :)

"How do we fix it?".... very easily,  without any violence, in a lawful peaceable manner by simply doing what you see in the following pics. That is, withdraw EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN ANY BANK. Destroy the "reserve account" on which all banks rely to operate. Economic chaos will divert the attention of all the parasites now feeding at the extortion trough, as pangs of hunger deprive them of their sleep.  Psyo-ops at its best and all lawful.

Northern Rock Gets Emergency Bank of England Funding (Update5)

By Ben Livesey and Jon Menon

Sept. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Northern Rock Plc got emergency funding from the Bank of England, the biggest bailout of a British lender in 30 years, after rising credit costs left the mortgage provider unable to make loans.

Northern Rock shares plunged as much as 26 percent to a six- year low after the company said today the central bank will provide an unspecified amount of credit. The Newcastle, England- based bank, whose roots date back to 1850, is the U.K.'s third- biggest lender by gross mortgages with loans worth 17.4 billion pounds ($35 billion) as of June 30.

The rescue stoked concern among investors and depositors that other financial firms relying on short-term credit rather than deposits may be vulnerable because the rate they borrow at exceeds the amount they earn from lending. The Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling authorized the move, saying the Bank of England will step in as the lender of last resort ``where institutions face short-term liquidity difficulties.''

``This is a set of circumstances that I've not seen in 25 years,'' Chief Executive Officer Adam Applegarth said on a call with journalists. ``It's a substantial program, it is at a penalty rate. The facility will provide a solid ground base.''

The Bank of England hasn't had to bankroll a U.K. lender since the 1973 collapse of Cedar Holdings, which pioneered second mortgages, triggered a crisis of confidence that threatened to unravel the banking system.

"How do we fix it?".... very easily,  without any violence, in a lawful peaceable manner by simply doing what you see in the following pics. That is, withdraw EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN ANY(*) BANK. Destroy the "reserve account" on which all banks rely to operate. Economic chaos will divert the attention of all the parasites now feeding at the extortion trough, as pangs of hunger deprive them of their sleep.  Psyo-ops at its best and all lawful....

(*) Which bank?  Not "all" banks, right?  Like to boycott one particular bank.  First give them a chance to redeem your greenbacks by Title 12 U.S. Code Section 411 into the gold* and silver coin that all government offices "shall" keep as their money of account according to the Coinage Act of 1792, Section 20 of 20, and if not, then to "take 'em down" alright!  Down to where their 12% reserves, by N.H. RSA Ch. 390:6 http://www.state.nh.us are so minuscule that they canNOT afford to pay their employees, building expenses and property taxes, snow plowing, janitorial services, etc.

* gold bullion is deposited by the Fed with the U.S,. Government (at Fort Knox? in Kentucky) when the FRNs are monetized, according to Section 16 of the Federal Reserve Act, but that the U.S. Mint refuses my F.O.I.A. request for information of how much gold is deposited per pallet of Federal Reserve Notes!

The  economy(*) is screaming Mon Dieu(**), and were headed for the pine trees.

(*) As in "an agricultural economy"? The pine trees ought to be throwing their pine cones at the gov't goons placing orders with The Crane Paper Company in Dalton, MAss. where the currency is printed, like those apple trees in "The Wizard of Oz" movie.

Legal tender (paper) is supposed to be exchangeable for Lawful money (coin). The notes we have now read: In God(**) We Trust,  and were put thereon the coins then currency as per "a letter dated November 13, 1861" to Treasury Secretary Salmon P. Chase by Rev. M. R. Watkinson, Minister of the Gospel from Ridleyville, Pennsylvania.  See http://www.treas.gov/education/fact-sheets/currency/in-god-we-trust.shtml Salmon Chase's house is right down the road, from Ed's place, on Route 12.

I find it interesting that the Reverend made the point that "if our Republic were NOT shattered beyond reconstruction? Would NOT the antiquaries of succeeding centuries rightly reason from our past that we were a heathen nation?" (emphasis ADDed for this double negative).  Or in other words, like in paragraph #3 of this letter: of "GOD, LIBERTY, LAW" that has somehow been replaced with not only the "goddess of liberty" but her "and" the goddess of justice, in place of God Almighty, where you can the latter goddess at 55 Pleasant Street, and so against Exodus 20:3 of to "have no other gods (in the plural) before me"; liberty replaced by suppression, like withholding her car; and the law of the land having been replaced with the arbitrary rule of the judges!

Like Thomas Jefferson did write about "The Tree of Liberty" needing new manure every (20) twenty-years, it's long overdue the blood of patriots and tyrants. Article 10 N.H. Revolution time!

Brown out: Cutting off the supply lines

10 hours, 7 minutes ago

COMMENTING on the importance of getting food and other supplies to the troops, Napoleon observed that "an army marches on its stomach." Likewise, convicted tax evaders Ed and Elaine Brown of Plainfield stay holed up in their home thanks to the assistance of fanatical supporters. Cut off the Browns' supply lines by separating them from their supporters, and their resistance will come to a swift end.
[Ooooh.  We're fanatical.  I guess people can't be as objective about the cops and feds and THEIR supporters.]

Finally, U.S. Marshal Stephen Monier is doing that.

Last week marshals arrested four Brown supporters, all from out of state. Authorities allege that the men supplied the Browns with food, weapons, motion sensors and a car. They also allegedly monitored law enforcement officers.
[I suppose we should just stick our heads in a hole and not show any interest in what the agents of the Crown are doing to our fellow Americans]

The Browns' standoff lasts only because people who believe in their cause continue to supply it. The more of these accessories Monier arrests, the fewer will show up in the future.

This farce has gone on for too long. We are glad to see Monier putting pressure on the Browns by arresting their supporters. We hope this is the beginning of the end of this tense and potentially dangerous situation.

At long last this embaressment appears to be approaching the final stages. It should be clear that allowing anyone or anything to get into the Browns is counter productive. For all thier talk, once the power is off, fuel runs out and they are reduced to trapping mice for dinner, the Browns will come out. I commend the Marshall service for thier patience, now if they can keep other scofflaws from bringing in supplies, this foolishness can come to an end.

Yes,

1.) I read the ones the other day and most were derogatory remarks, disparaging, like in that "Old Home on the Range" song, these belittle* people speaking lightly that the end justifies the means, that is a bunch of bullshit to try to do away with "procedural" due process of law, me wondering where all that lottery money goes; I thought it was supposed to educate people toward the truth.

2.) The current "COMMENT" by WHO? - there is no byline, is over at http://www.unionleader.com/article.aspx?headline=Brown+out%3a+Cutting+off+the+supply+lines&articleId=693934ea-0c00-4c86-91bf-690ae01fa3a5 and he/she/they write that "Monier IS doing that" (emphasis ADDed) of cutting "off the Browns' supply lines by separating them from their supporters" when the truth was in Sunday's article by Kristen Senz of this having been a "past" tense stance just on that Saturday for the concert in that "The Federal court order, which WAS only in effect for yesterday" (emphasis ADDed). See my Reply #5656 on page 378 here in paragraph #1 where I got this quote.

The COMMENTator writes that "This FARCE has gone on too long." (emphasis ADDed), to which I agree, but the farce not directed TO the Browns, but TO the federal government, for "their" "empty show", of NO RSA Ch. 123:1 paperwork on file with Bill Gardner's Office of Secretary of State per Art. I, Sec. 8, Clause 17 of the United States Constitution that these officials take on oath to obey! but don't, but still collect their weekly paychecks, and these commentators from the public* PAY for this non-filing, and want others to pay too!?  This "farce" has got to stop, is right!

Somebody signed Jeff _______ of Goffstown wrote that the Browns ought to be "reduced to trapping mice for dinner", and calls all of us "scofflaws": to mock at, but see the definition of mock: to treat with scorn or contempt.  Like in contempt-of-court.  So if the court is in contempt of the constitution, and we are in contempt of the court, then we are in compliance WITH the constitution, as in for the rule of law OVER the rule of a man dressed in a black robe dispensing "arbitrary" in-justice.

P.S. The little* people: "every 'evil' person (will shrink) down to two feet tall at four o'clock" p.m.  >:D http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Four_O'Clock from Theodore Bikel's "Oliver Crangle" character in the 1962 episode of "The Twilight Zone", http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0734570/

note: Thanks Bald Eagle too for posting the "Official" COMMENT here, as I did just finish writing this. The Fourth Estate agents of The Crown I thought were supposed to report the news, not twist it.  No wonder some people don't call this a news-paper, but propaganda sheet. The judges say to the jurors to NOT read it while they are deliberating on a case, but that they can be brainwashed BEFORE they are picked for the jury! A REAL juror of MY peers is somebody with an OPEN mind who can read between the lines.

Prosecutors: Browns' supporter left evidence trail on Internet

By BEVERLEY WANG
Associated Press Writer

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- A Vermont man charged with helping convicted tax evaders Ed and Elaine Brown evade authorities left a trail of evidence all over the Internet showing his allegiance, authorities said Monday.

Robert Wolffe showed his devotion to the Browns and his wish for an armed showdown with authorities via blogs and e-mail, even e-mailing a manual on how to kill government officials to his wife at work - an employee in the Vermont division of the Federal Highway Administration - a federal prosecutor alleged.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Arnold Huftalen also read from a blog with a supply list and instructions for sending packages to the Browns in care of Wolffe, an Army veteran. The list, giving Wolffe's name and address, sought items ranging from cardboard to night vision goggles and camouflage clothing, but the "number one most important thing" is "people to come and make a stand to their death if necessary."

The Browns insist there is no law requiring payment of federal taxes. Ed Brown has said he will resort to an armed confrontation if authorities try to take him and his wife by force.

Regardless of their views on taxes, "the supporters of the Browns ... have been energized by the desire to force the government into an armed confrontation," Huftalen said Monday as he argued for Wolffe to be jailed until a November trial.

Defense lawyer Paul Garrity at first disputed Huftalen's characterization of Wolffe as a dangerous flight risk with a potential for violence. He said federal authorities had mischaracterized earlier statements by Wolffe and asked that Wolffe be released under supervision to return to his job as a technician for a propane company.

Garrity said Wolffe wanted a peaceful end to the Browns' self-imposed siege. "(Wolffe's) not one who's going to outwardly lash out at anyone," he said.

But Garrity did not get far. Wolffe decided midway through the hearing that he would not contest authorities' wish to keep him in custody. The decision was announced just as the hearing was reconvening to play video of an interview between Wolffe and a deputy U.S. Marshal, and an Internet radio interview with his wife, Valeri Wolffe.

Valeri Wolffe appeared shocked by her husband's decision, exclaiming "What!" as the judge made the announcement.

She refused to speak to reporters at the hearing.

Robert Wolffe is one of four men arrested last week and charged with providing supplies and other help to the Browns, who each face prison sentences of more than five years following their conviction on federal tax evasion charges in January. His Web site, bobwolffe.com, was disabled Monday. He is being held at the Strafford County jail.

Huftalen said Valeri Wolffe told authorities that she and her husband had visited the Browns more than a dozen times together and shot guns with Ed Brown. Marshals had observed Wolffe's car on the Browns' property and observed Wolffe on armed security patrol there, Huftalen said.

Huftalen said authorities visited Valeri Wolffe at home on the day of her husband's arrest and saw a loaded AK-47 on a couch and a loaded Ruger rifle propped near a doorway. Hours later when they returned with a search warrant, they didn't see any guns. Deputies searched Valeri Wolffe's car, and found three rifles and four handguns hidden in the rear of the car, four full boxes of ammunition and two suitcases packed with the couple's clothes, Huftalen said.

"The defendant was intending to flee, most likely to the Browns' residence" Huftalen said.

Garrity said all of the guns were legally owned.

There's a manual on how to kill government officials? Bizarre. Who wrote it, the CIA?

Wow. That sorta makes the reality of it hit home. That you can be sent to jail just for associating with someone wanted by the government.

It has been said that the Socialist State defines that as "Guilt by Association". Beware?
