Just a heads up from Rockford, IL- SAK's parents got a visit from federal marshal's about 2:45 central. They were looking for him. One of them asked his dad if he (SAK) pays taxes. His dad replied that SAK doesn't even have a job. Then he asked SAK's dad if he pays taxes. They promised to return to talk to SAK. Haven't heard anything from him yet. No visits to my house yet.

I sure would hate to incriminate myself by answering questions. I can't imagine any law abiding federal agent that would want me to.

So what are they doing, going around questioning whoever they want to that's posted on this thread?  I think that maybe they are trying to intimidate people so we won't keep sticking together and I doubt that's going to work.  I moved up here to be part of the freedom/liberation, whatever anyone chooses to call it , movement and I'm not going to stop posting or speaking to people about Ron Paul or whatever else I can do to help.

I haven't done that much since moving here because of some obstacles I had in the first year and I do wish we moved closer to southern New Hampshire it would make it easier to do a lot more but my hope is that more people will become more actively involved up this way too.  The more of New Hampshire we get involved the better. :)

My impression is they're feeling around to see who needs to be arrested when the time comes.

Thank you, Dada, for posting that audioblog on the Quest blog, asking for peaceful protest instead of revenge violence.

Old Buck, in comparison, put out a request last night for followers to start killing the names on Ed's list.

Where did Old Buck put out this request as mentioned above?

On the Brown MySpace page.

http://www.myspace.com/time2makeastand

I did not see such a list.  The purpose of my asking is because it sounds like propaganda.
Someone is pulling the wool over the eyes to justify harrassing people who have been viewing the Ed and Elaine Brown situation.  Attempting to lump people together as a group.
Then to scare and intimidate them.
Divide and  conquer.
Pathetic.

Very few people would have the nerve to do what Ed and Elaine Brown did, staying in their home and telling people to let them be.  They are senior citizens, for God's sake.  The law officers also know this. Very few people would wish actual harm on anyone.

I am so sorry anyone has to put up with the goons in the name of safety, freedom. Sell outs.
Now the true colors are showing to the rest of the world.
Our country is not free as we were taught as children. Shame on the us.

More fun quotes from the US marshals on last night's operation:
http://axcessnews.com/index.php/articles/show/id/12612

""If I wanted to kill Ed Brown, I would have done it a long time ago. But that's not our objective. Our objective is to take them into custody without causing any harm," Monier said. "The Marshal Service has been around 216 years. Do you think we're going anywhere?"

Did Monier actually REPEAT the same pig-headed blunder he made months ago? These guys are uneducable.

If the Marshall Service has been around for 216 years, and is not going anywhere, I would vow the SAME THING for the U.S. Constitution. But IT has been around for even LONGER.

Just FYI, for those of you wanting to track where the Browns are located:

http://bop.gov/iloc2/LocateInmate.jsp

Elaine's register number is 03924-049
Ed's is 03923-049

They will probably be in contract jails for a month or so until the Marshals actually deliver them to their destination.

I guess that might be why they didn't stop by our house. Any of us would be happy to tell them that we don't pay fed taxes. Caleb could give them a printed list of reasons he doesn't. :)

If you didn't give Ed money, food, weapons etc. then you'll probably be fine. They might ask you some questions, but there were enough people who admitted to illegal activity on this board that they don't need to track down people who didn't do anything but express some support for Ed.

Anyone who made posts suggesting violent action against the Feds shouldn't really be surprised when the feds check you out. Most people here didn't promote violence, but some people said things that the Feds could only take as threats. Frankly there were a few supporters who said things that made ME worry. I don't think anyone should get arrested for a passing comment but I'm surprised that those folks are being watched.

ok - just heard about all this. i am never leaving my computer again :P. did anyone try to call me on the emergency list? if no one did that's fine, i just want to know because i've had some problems with my phone lately.

1.) Re: the "50 most wanted"; and their relatives? If that were ever done, it would be a repeat like what happened to Guillaume-Chretien de Lamoignon de Malesherbes, who, "in December 1793 he was arrested with his daughter, his son-in-law M. de Rosambo, and his grandchildren, and on April 23, 1794 he was guillotined, after having seen all whom he loved in the world executed before his eyes for their relationship to him."  See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guillaume-Chr%C3%A9tien_de_Lamoignon_de_Malesherbes His "The protest of...corrupt"ion resulted in the death of his family.

Here in America, we're supposed to be secure in our: life, liberty and property: the three sticks in the bundle of rights. And by the Writ of Elegit process, only the apples are supposed to be taxed, NOT: the apple tree, and now Channel 9 WMUR TV at their Friday night @ 11:00 p.m. news said that the Brown house is being taken over by the Feds, i.e. the seizure toward a forfeiture to pay for taxes!?  Again I say to Monier: You have got to be shitting me!  You say no man is above the law; I say to you neither are you!  The law of 1-8-17 you bastard! Get with the NH RSA 123:1 program or get out of town, by sundown as they say! Are you going to speed up the process now that Ed & Elaine are in the Bureau of Prisons?  You can count on me being there to strongly rebuke you! and any and all greedy parasites looking to feed on the entirety of the host. Warn the wicked. You "trick" Ed to your lies of a water leak during the winter, and now more lies! I bet your father is proud of you.  You know the "father" I mean, and he is Public Enemy #1! How's your heart tonight Stephen? Do you think that taking Ed & Elaine in has relieved the pressure on you to have done what you think was right?  WRONG! You are in such hot water as now adding kidnapping to your trespassing onto N.H. turf. Your days are numbered, and don't be a jerk and take a photocopy of this to some judge for an arrest warrant on me like that shit-head former State Rep. Terri Dudley, did, because I've explained this phrase above, and you KNOW it! You will pay, as in not with your life, but a $monetary judgment to attach your pay to the half-level of what is even more descent than what you look with greedy eyes to obtain for your brother federalies.

2.) Plus WHO is this: "A fifth supporter was arrested this week by LOCAL authorities and is being held on bond for a number of driving-related offenses"? ___________ at: __________ with $_______ bond.

P.S. Russell, re: page 398 #5967 Bob Wolffe is not in Strafford, but Merrimack County.  Danny Riley is in Strafford, and I did talk with his brother Bill Thursday night who told me that Danny tried to get his Petition for an Habeas Corpus Notarized, but that the facility: a "Correctional" Institution, had to be corrected by the judge, who Danny complained to who made sure that justice was done in the procedural to get those papers to the court, for a hoped-for hearing of the merits next week, when this Fed- House-of_Cards falls, with whiplash against all the rest of those prosecutors who ever criminally charged other victims from out of that "Den of Thieves" is what Andy Melechinsky would have called that "Tague Mahal" over at 53-55 Pleasant Street, Concord. The one with that goddess of Justice, that is really, in effect, having been turned into some whore by the liars and thieves therein. To see Danny this weekend on a visit, and call the court on Tuesday to see when his hearing is scheduled. His former attorney calling the action: frivolous, but then again, just who is paying him? The Feds.  And he's going to bite off the hand that feeds him!? He's one of those pitiful souls that one of our founding fathers warned us against, who weigh money over liberty.  What a piece of shit this attorney was and is. I hope Danny can find, or some attorney might volunteer to help in this very basic issue, Danny chopping at the root, that when the Federal corrupt tree topples, will in effect really put a lot of the "brothas of da bah" in "litigious heaven."

I just finished viewing Monier's press conference. A few thoughts come to mind.

1. Monier twice made reference to Ed and Elaine being tried by "a jury of their peers". I did not know that the guilty verdict was arrived at by a jury. Is that true?

2. In my opinion - This is indeed a peaceful movement. Anyone on this forum posting threats or ad hominem attacks should be considered counterproductive to peaceful goals.

3. Would it not have been easier just to show Ed and Elaine the Law so they could write a check and be done with it? "Show me the law" is apparently the litigative equivalent to the cherry bomb thrown in the toilet.

4. The last question in the press conference tried to touch on whether or not the federal government has the authority to seize a primary residence for tax compensation. Does this mean the IRS will not seize the property?

By the way I interviewed a lawyer here in my hometown and asked him under what circumstances a judge may not allow evidence. He says when that evidence would bias the jury. I asked him if that was not the jury's job to decide based on all of the facts. He got pretty defensive about the question. Looks like we have hold of the tip of a melting iceberg.
