Came across a sweet UTube vid, wanted to share it with folks here.  I'm not personally in tune with his religious views, but this guy's mind and heart are in the right place imho.

State Board of Claims case of the mid 1980s that made the front pages of The UNION LEADER, that's $67,500 and more to the release day on their Habeas Corpus.

Sheep Fuzzy Wool

To jail senior citizens for being self sufficient as the funds for social security are not enough to pay back to the baby boomers, told and predicted  in many media articles, way before the Brown's decided not to be part of the game, is crazy!

Shame, shame, shame.

We have people elected or fake elected in office playing a national Enron game with paper and their kevlar vested goons, dobermans working for a doggy treat while the Brown's and the like of many others who are senior citizens sitting in jail for tax situations, when these same people should be set free and helping others learn how to be independent and self sufficient to help cut government spendings on useless programs of what all the promises to which "government wasted spending, already incurred, bailing out the housing industry banker buddies," could vanquish by embracing the Brown's and the like.

Jailing people with tax issues is a death sentence to shut people up before their expiration date. To show who a lesson? An example? At the same time collecting much more to house the prisoner from the pockets of those who think the people deserve to be in jail.
Why would we punish people who question law with spending more out of our own pockets to punish them than it would have costed to allow the proper evidence the Brown's requested to use in court?
Why are we an insane people to put the burden of "fair share," on anyone who would like to be self sufficient?

What fool politician does not get on this bandwagon is nothing more than a drunkard in his selfish desires to sleep with young boys or women in the sweat of a brothel and his sagging balls, all paid by taxpayer dollars.

Senior Citizens deserve better than this.

P.S. I've already sent a check #___ = $______ to a N.H. Attorney/ former federal prosecutor, who is listed as for helping those in Sullivan County. This was AFTER I had talked with his wife about my case, since changing the subject to Reno who I thought was in Strafford County by the jail shirt in court that day, since removed to MAss., leaving Danny there and so to amend the payment + promise of #__ $100.00 bills and a bonus when he appears to prosecute the Habeas Corpus Petition in case #07-E-___ of Daniel Riley v.s. The Superintendent there, scheduled for a Show Cause/ Prima Facie Hearing WHY he should NOT be released for failure of jurisdiction obtained by the Feds by the non-filing of the RSA 123:1 papers as required by 1-8-17 U.S. Constitution.

note: maybe some of this internet money could be diverted to this attorney to win this common denominator/ first impression case so that the wave of victory can fall on the coat-tails of the other three, plus both Ed & Elaine too.  A lawful and legal point that Ed told McAuliffe about in federal court, but failed to present the documentation into evidence to be marked as an Exhibit #__ to the jury, now for placement into the hands of a judge for not a verdict, but his/her decision on the lawful and legal ramifications of such Federal laziness.

So HOW is the quest for finding an honest attorney going?

How does everyone feel about Larry Beecraft? He was on Alex Jones today. Alex asked him if he thought there was a chance for a new trial for the Browns. Beecraft answered in the affirmative, cited a form number and said the appropriate move was to file a writ of Habeus Corpus.

I am anticipating negative responses. Lets try to be objective rather than subjective and think result oriented.

Someone on a different site claims Ed Brown is destined for "Elkcon(sic) Facility in Ohio."  So treat this as a rumor.  Here is the contact information:

It doesn't matter how we feel. It only matters how Ed feels about the attorney, and how he feels about appealing. We can't hire his attorney for him. Don't look for logic; this is a man who kicked out several legitimate supporters, but welcomed with open arms the undercover Marshals who arrested him.

If an appeal is based on their not being allowed to enter evidence, why should the Browns object?

Ed Brown's prison trip nears
By PAT GROSSMITH

Manchester – Tax evader Ed Brown is waiting to be transported to the prison where he will spend the next five-plus years, while his wife has settled into a minimum-security prison for women in Danbury, Conn., according to Steve Monier, U.S. marshal for New Hampshire.

Ed Brown has yet to be picked up by the Justice Prisoner Alien Transport (JPAT). Monier said Brown could arrive at prison as early as tomorrow, at which time Monier will disclose the location.

Elaine Brown, 67, began serving her 63-month sentence in the Federal Correctional Institute in Danbury. It is commonly referred to as "Club Fed," because of its less severe treatment of prisoners convicted of white collar and non-violent crimes.

"It's still a prison. You can't walk about freely. There are cells, there is a fence," Monier said. He said her classification was determined by the Bureau of Prisons.

Meanwhile, federal investigators remain at the couple's 110-acre property in Plainfield, sifting through evidence at what is now a crime scene. Monier said an investigation is going on but said it is premature to discuss whether the Browns will face charges.

That will be up to federal prosecutors and a grand jury, he said.

"They (the Browns) turned this into more than just a tax case," Monier said.

The Browns were convicted on Jan. 18 of not paying federal taxes on $1.9 million of income. Both were sentenced to 63 years in prison.

Defying the federal government for months, they holed up in their concrete-fortified home, with its four-story watch tower providing a 360-degree view of surrounding properties.

It mattered little when the government cut telephone service and power to their home. The Browns had planned an "off-the-grid" existence, stockpiled food and water, and installed solar panels and a windmill for power.

And, they apparently planned to fight. Guns, ammunition and homemade bombs were found inside the home. Booby-traps were set along the perimeter of their property, Monier said at a press conference last week.

The anti-tax Browns also encouraged like-minded individuals to come to their home, and they did over the months.

On Sept. 12, four people were arrested on charges they abetted the fugitive Browns.

The Browns' open-door policy, however, led to their capture.

On Thursday, a small team of deputy U.S. marshals pretended they were Brown supporters. When they arrived at the Plainfield home, the couple came out to greet them and the deputies promptly arrested them on their front porch.

"They invited us in and we escorted them out," Monier said in announcing their arrests last week.

Manchester – Tax evader Ed Brown is waiting to be transported ....

Thanks srqrebel,

1.) I just called to there and the man said not Rd., but Station, Route 37 to be exact, so the complete street address line is: "33 1/2 Pembroke Station, Route 37" and not needing any long # zip code;

2.) also for visiting her, she has to put you on her list, and then she will tell you the days and times available for visiting.

I'm sending her a packet out in the mail today, so if anyone here would like to have me include their name in to be on the list, like to be on there withOUT having to write in to being on some kind of mailing list too, then let me know either here on the forum or by the e-mail notification here for private contacting.

(2) When I called the Strafford County Superior Court, at not 772 for a fax, but 742-3065 (as on their website) , press 305 for Equity, Lynn answered the phone at 12:01 p.m. today and said that they still had not received any Petition as yet from Dan Riley.

Yours truly, - - Joe

Update: Sorry, not 305 for Amanda in the Criminal Dept., but 350 for Equity.  I just talked with Stephanie in Equity, and she says she still has not yet received Danny's Petition that he told me on Sunday's visit was sent out Wednesday, for postmark on Thursday, that should have arrived there either last Friday or today being Tuesday, so what's going on here!?  His first letter to the judge got through O.K. but WHY not this one?

Have the Feds halted the mail for him too like what they did for Ed & Elaine!?  If so this crap has got to stop! especially for somebody in a county jail sending a #10 envelope to a state court for a check-and-balance against these federal bastards! who KNOW their time in New Hampshire is almost up! and so resort to this bullshit!? Maybe a private courier service can be offered to deliver his Petition to the court, like what Bob Wolffe did to supplement the U.S. Postal Service when they BELIEVED the Marshals Office had the authority to tell them to STOP, but who did not provide their NH RSA 123:1 filing papers from 1-8-17 U.S. Const. as evidence for proof as an exhibit for the Postmaster General or whoever to see BEFORE they too don't have a certificate of filing either, but are allowed to continue since look what happened when somebody like Bob takes over: he is arrested!? for filling the void of the connection in this First Amendment Right of the Freedom of Association.  And as I wrote before: I can understand boxes of supposed munitions being intercepted*, but so what if through a private currier, and especially when asserting some Art. 10 Revolutionary right!? And to halt #10 envelopes of paper!?  Even when they/ the Marshals open them up (or do they?) and find papers, WHY aren't they either: (1)  sent back to the sender so that the sender doesn't waste more time and postage? etc. or: (2) forwarded on to the Post Office who was delivering the mail to the box at the end of the driveway BEFORE the Marshals convinced them of that there might be what? letter bombs from disgruntles against the Browns!? that might put the Postal workers or some kid in the neighborhood stealing mail thinking there might be some greenbacks in there in harms way and getting his hands blown to smithereens?

* The key word is intercept, and not a complete halt! I thought that the mail goes through by the slogan as "Inscribed on the Main Post Office in Manhattan" of: "Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their APPOINTED rounds." (*) (emphasis ADDed, as WHO dis-appointed them, and HOW? and WHY wasn't this communicated in writing to the people too!? (like they did with those red flyers talking about some supposed court order) before we wasted our time and money!? Thieves! they be to return sevenfold the $amount stolen! I sent Ed a $50.00 bill in the mail on Thu., Sept. 27th for legal help, as spelled for "legal help", like to try to get Larry Beecraft on the case now for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, but where does that paper money now sit!? I insured it at the Post Office for $100.00 with other papers therein to, to put in a claim for stolen property today! since I paid $2.30 for this service by the Chart in Notice 123 on page 14 for this "INSURANCE", to guarantee delivery, to I guess now be forwarded to Ed's new residence in Ohio? that he might be able to use for the Commissary, and a telephone card to call out? that they/ the Feds do not want him to do? Unlawful and iillegal interference with the U.S. Mail is a felony I think! The Marshals do not have the RSA 123:1 papers to prove their legal status, and so WHO at the Marshal's Office told, either in writing or verbally, to the Plainfield Postmistress to send ALL mail to him/her/them? I've been trying to get that outlaw's name for some time now! to press charges! so as to have this forum to argue this 1-8-17 to 123:1 non-filing by the Feds, that the state does not wat to look at, and so another branch of the Federal gov't or the county court!

JSH

P.S. I just called Officer Moore at the 742-3310 main # for the Jail in Dover and he said: (1) after cutting off my preamble of: what is your exact question? that (2) they do not record each inmate's mail going out, so if Danny said on Wednesday he mailed the #10 envelope out, the officer said for me to next time ask him what time during that day, because if it doesn't get to them by early a.m. it doesn't get mailed out until the next day. He also asked me which Dan Riley?, with what Middle initial of: ____ because they have two inmates by that same name there, and I said the one in Cell #H5 (as though he really needed that?).  - - - - -  And as I was talking with him, I said I was looking at the computer screen for http://www.co.strafford.nh.us/jail and just noticed that The "Programs Department needs paperback covered books (no hardcover) donated to our library...Westerns such as Louis L'Amour especially are needed...Please drop articles off at our front door Reception area.  Contact Vicki Heyl for more information at 742-3310 ext 1016" but when I called back for her extension # Officer Moore says that she is busy right now.

This had to be published just so we won't imagine they are being beaten and interrogated...I can't imagine anyone defending themselves in prison at that age...God help them.   :-\

Finally, it may not be the best idea to suggest Becraft.  His victories so far have been Pyrrhic.  If they truly want a lawyer, maybe Marc Victor? The problem will be paying him, since the vultures are speedily gobbling up all E&E's property.

We already have a legal defense fund set up. It is at makethestand.com. All donations can be made anonymously. We need a list of possible lawyers and people in the states where Ed, Elaine and the (now 5) others are being held to get their approval.

Marc Victor is now on the list.

I sure hope the Feds are treating Ed exactly the way THEY want to be treated!
