coffeeseven mentioned a 5th supporter arrested. Anyone know who and why?

slimpickens

Hello all,

My parents were convicted of the same things as Ed and Elaine, last year. it took 25 yrs for the IRS to wiggle around my parents arguments and finally got the DOJ to do their dirty work. after the verdict my parents didn't go to sentencing and months later were caught on the way to town. Dad had been sick for awhile, and before they were able to be sentenced, he was taken to emergency room to remove cancer tumor. he died 2 months later. mom is going to be serving 36 to 41 months starting this month. we don't know where she is going yet. they spent everything trying to find away out of the system, or for info to fight IRS, doj. they were among the first to try many of the things we now know doesn't work, or only delays the process.  I would ask you to also keep my mum in your thoughts. I remain free, and sovereign thanks to my parents.

Lauren Canario. I don't know if she wants to be a beneficiary of the LDF, but we should ask to be sure.

According to Bill, who I spoke with on the phone both before and after visiting Danny over in Dover on Sunday, I asked him this question too, and he says to see some David Ridley website for his videos of Lauren Canario down at some window #___ at the Valley Street Jail in Manchester, N.H.  She was arrested for Driving without a license, 1st offense only a violation (fine-only conviction possible), but the 2nd offense a misdemeanor (Class A is my guess for jail time), and so they put $_____ bail on her head. How much? I don't know.  Maybe she wants to be in there making $2,500 per day per the Veronica Silva case of the mid 1980s at the State Board of Claims. See the http://www.unionleader.com for those front page stories now on microfilm at the library.  Silva gave her probation officer her change of address, but he/she didn't put in in the log book, so when the supervisor checked, it looked like she skipped, and so had the judge issue a bench warrant for her arrest, but by the time it was all straightened out, she had spent 20 days there at $1,000/day at the old rate of up to $25,000 minus $5000 to her attorney Andru Volinskuy = $20,000 net to her, so actually then $1,250/day, since increased from the then max of $25,000 to $50,000, see RSA Ch. 541-B:9,IV over at http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/NHTOC/NHTOC-LV-541-B.htm and up to $250,000 if you take your case for a jury trial in the Superior Court.

The State of New Hampshire KNOWS by my case of them having tried this crap on me back in 1987 that this DWL (Driving Without a License) is pure bullshit, when they have NO record of any accident in your file up at the Motor Vehicles.  Is Lauren accident free?  If so, she's golden! as they say. The state went after me for 2nd offense DWL in case #87-S-313 at the Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord, but nol-prosed the case so as not to set a precident when I cited The Oregon Law Review of 1953 (December @ page 1 to be exact) in that: and I'll paraphrase: "A license is a restraint on the individual when you're a proven threat to the public, and you're NOT a proven threat until AFTER your first accident."  8)

Yours truly, - Joe

P.S. Now's the time to assert your rights too, to pack the jail for more $money to flow your way too, if you'd like, because I bet once she and/or other(s) win this, the N.H. Board of Claims will strongly suggest that some State Legislator put in a House Bill #__ to prevent this from happening in the future, but that by the Rules they are too late and must wait until Year 2008 to file legislation for 2009, since the window of opportunity for a House Bill ended last month.

Margot at the Monitor says she will have an article tomorrow on Ed's whereabouts.

Or lack thereof. So far, no updates.

Hello all,

Twenty-five (25) years!!!!! + !!!!! + !!!!! + !!!!! + !!!!! wow!

What state are you from? Check out to see if the Feds in that state have complied with that state statute #_________ you can find over at http://www.constitution.org/juris/fjur/1fj-ba.htm thanks to Attorney Larry Becraft, and I hope that when she goes to prison, that it be in Connecticut or a similar state with single-filing, because if the convicting state is a 2-filing state (like the Feds to have to file at the Registry of Deeds "and" the Office of Secretary of State or governor's office, like in New Hampshire, and Mass.achusetts/Florida respectfully, that has NOT been done), that a Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus can get your mother out as having been both unlawfully and illegal incarcerated against 1-8-17 U.S. Const., and like RSA Ch. 123:1 for here in New Hampshire.  http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/NHTOC/NHTOC-IX-123.htm These Feds take on oath to the United States Constitution, but then shut their eyes and block their ears when PROOF is brought to their face of the federal non-filing!  This deaf and blind monkey crap, looking back, instead of forward, has got to stop!

Good luck, - - Joe

Finally, it may not be the best idea to suggest Becraft.  His victories so far have been Pyrrhic.  If they truly want a lawyer, maybe Marc Victor? The problem will be paying him, since the vultures are speedily gobbling up all E&E's property.

We already have a legal defense fund set up. It is at makethestand.com. All donations can be made anonymously. We need a list of possible lawyers and people in the states where Ed, Elaine and the (now 5) others are being held to get their approval.

Marc Victor is now on the list.

Sarah can you get me Marc Victor's contact info please.

Thanks  SFW.  I know that if slimpickens read back in my Archives there would be the answer, but it a lot easier on them, and educational for me to post again and sometimes with a new twist like that quote I left in there of not only the hands over the monkeys' eyes and ears, but for where their face is turned to Washington, D.C. (south), when it ought to be pointing north to Bill Garnder's office on the 2nd floor of the State House, "and" them not merely needing to walk over there; but MARCH! hup-two-three-four!

These Fed goons, no doubt, are giving me the -, so do appreciate the + from you and others, finding it amazing that when I went to Florida over the Summer and not here as much, since I had to use the library computers, it went all the way up to over 50! It seems that when we get down to brass tacks, or hit the Federal roots is when they squawk back with negativity, that in a way is good: that's like music to my ears.  >:D

I called Gary DiMartino, the Deputy Marshal this afternoon, but that his receptionist said that he was on the phone.  I asked her to please tell him, that WHOever that stamp-collector Marshal is to stop collecting dust on my $50.00 bill that I sent to Ed almost two weeks ago, and send it to him for the "legal work" as I did write in my letter in the #10 envelope, or maybe to spend in the Commissary for like a phone card, since there is no reason now that it might be used for to buy bullets, and so no need to hold onto it! *

Best wishes, - Joe

* P.S. Maybe their reason is that they're going to charge me with helping Ed out illegally and unlawfully!?  Since when is sending paper money through the mail against the law? When it goes to a convicted felon, for his legal defense, or even lawful defense as in the right to arm himself with guns and ammo to fight the Art. 10 Revolution with certificate of non-filing evidence in RSA Ch. 123:1 from 1-8-17 U.S. Const. over the militate/force as evidence on their part, them being the out-laws!  In which case I welcome the opportunity  for them to TRY to present such to a Grand Jury for Indictment, because where is the criminal intent?  My specific directions to Ed were to use the $50.00 for legal defense, and if he chose to do otherwise, then so what!?  Was there an Order to not directly send him a lawyer?  Of course not!  So why stop an indirect? Such a Non-Bill would be perfect to use as evidence AGAINST them! What they THINK what the paper money MIGHT be used for, is typical George Orwellian "1984" "Double-speak"! In my book they are thieves, and if I don't see an answer from them by tomorrow at noontime, I will be filing a complaint not only with the Post Office, as it was insured, but also with the Concord District Court, in the Small Claims Section, as they had no lawful nor legal powers to hold it at all.  Such a decision from the judge there in Case #________ could whiplash back to help Ed & Elaine plus all four so-called co-conspirators!

Thanks for the Links Joe,
They lived in Minnesota, and have known of the lack of jurisdiction for several years, it doesn't seem to matter. i don't know if this was presented at the last trial or not. they had public attorneys railroading them.
they had many lawful reasons they didn't owe. I would have to get the transcript to go into detail. which we don't have. I think that if they would of been able to afford an attorney, and if they could have found one they trusted, they may have been able to win by doing everything procedurely correct. I will have to check on the single or 2-filing status. I'm trying to figure out how to give back my licenses and have a defense when pulled over or brought to court for lack of having one, then i will be as free as possible, on a personal level. still need to deal with rights violations.rescind a truck full of laws/statutes.

Oh OK, thanks. I thought it might have been another on on charges of aiding, interfering, etc.

Russell Kanning

Lauren is in jail because NH is a police state and demands "papers" ... not because she has met Ed Brown.
