Update: This afternoon (Tue., April 22nd'08 @ about 1:30 p.m.) my visit to the F&G for a Progress Report resulted in me finding out that Capt. You're right-on kola; on both counts.

Monier sure is an arrogant S.O.B. and tyrant with his domineering / OVERbearing, as in to bear not with the RSA 123:1 filing* [from 1-8-17 U.S. Constitution**] but OVER it's non-filing so over nothing!  , him inviting antagonistic encounters to arouse the hostility of us to struggle against this nothingness! How sick can he get?! To the point of being a "sociopath" sick: that the end justified the means.  In effect he's saying: to hell with procedural due process of law. When is the duty nurse there going to declare him a menace to society? and prescribe to the Congress and President that he needs to be dis-charged BEFORE the next President replaces him.

His arrogance goes beyond just being proud as in having excessive self-esteem, gobbling up these excesses of power to his current condition both mental and physical, to include vain too (as in lacking substance*) and to the word: haughty.

Thus him so full of it, "full of shit", needed that suppository "bullet" up the ass as explained before for Colantuono, to get the gas out, because he is also full of hot air as they say, the word vain of being: hollow, and from the Latin word vanus, as empty.  There being no "foundation" as Singal said in the courtroom to the attorneys numerous times, and so when I called for a "Point of Order", re: his non-foundation*, well, they can sure dish it out, but can not take it in, other than to feed themselves to play the bully like on the jungle gym at the school playground.

What we need is some anti-"proud" in the form of a Mr. Majestic like Charles Bronson in that _____________ movie cracking open water mellons.  but in this case, the goons or Beef-Eaters, like the Queen has, we have to add in that A1 sauce or hot sauce to their palete, to give them a taste of their own medicine, called: Law Enforcement!**

Re-visit to see Bill last night @ about 6:45 - 7:45 p.m. = for one hour.

On Tuesday, his mother Marie file one of those $5.00 Petitions for a Writ of Habeas Corpus as on the #530 cover sheet with the Federal court, having exhausted his state remedies, including an appeal FROM: Fauver's non-hearing within 1-day of the Dover filing in Strafford County Superior Court TO: The N.H. Supreme Court, where they (or one judge) did order the Appellate Defender over at the Franklin Pierce Law Center (FPLC) to help him with it by the ________ deadline, that's come and gone, withOUT his Appearance let alone the Amicus Curiae Brief or whatever.

Bill's 3-page appeal has it on page #2 the citation of the Harris v. Champion case of 1991 out of the 10th Circuit in that when there's a default beyond the control of the party, like this attorney getting paid to do nothing, then that leads to an acquittal of the charge.

The case is #__________ and is scheduled for a hearing on: April ___, 2008 @ __:__ o'clock a.m./p.m. if you're interested in attending, Bill said that the more the merrier.

His is a free-speech case of yelling too loud to his neighbor in a conversation with her two doors down the road, but there being no third-party complainer other than the COPs in town who didn't like what he had to say about them investigating some murder case.  Sort of like what happened in the Dow case over at http://www.dowmurders.com/pages/CurrentDay/affidavit.html is my guess, and they send him away to shut him up.
