Feh, I went to the courthouse on Friday and was told Reno wasn't having a hearing at all.

Reno's hearing was in Maine where the judge for the case is located. Apparently the judge has tried all along to have the trial in Maine as well.

So in other words: he traveled from Boscawen (in the Franklin District Court jurisdiction) through Concord onto 393 over through Northwood (Auburn District Court), into Barrington (Rochester District Court), Durham, to Portsmouth, then over the bridge through York to Portland? Thus through 6 + 2 = 8 state district court areas.

Hey! On Friday afternoon, at about 4:45 p.m. I called the the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen @ 796-3600 and got a recording that this phone call was being either monitored or recorded, and by pressing certain numbers I reached the lobby and Officer Foster.  He then transferred my call over to his supervisor, Corporal Wyman, and she said that this was a learning experience for her.  Reference my telling her NOT to allow inmate Gonzalez out to the Marshals for transport because they're going to be in violation of Title 18 U.S. 3232 and so RSA Ch. ______* for Kidnapping here in N.H.

She said that she'd look into it, what? after-the-fact? That's O.K. now that he has not 8, but x 2 = 16 complaints he can file for the return trip too.  >:D

cc: to Reno with a copy of my e-mail of: __________ describing in detail this statute* and how Danny can file charges too, as per that stun gun incident with pepper spray when he REFUSED to leave the law library and be taken over to Maine in leg irons and handcuffs too!! since all proceedings, meaning 100% of the time, including these pre-trial hearings "shall" be held in the jurisdictional territory of where the alleged crime occurred. Maybe when my Federal Rep. Hodes and Sen. Gregg get copies of these complaints, they will have kicked themselves in the ass that they should have acted sooner on my complaint.

Reno was actually moved on Wednesday June 11th and placed in the Concord courthouse where he sat all day. On Wednesday night he was then moved to Strafford County where he stayed all night and all day then moved to Maine for his Friday hearing. By Friday night he was placed back at Merrimack County in his cell.

By the time he had his hearing on Friday, he was tired, cold, he had a very bad headache and probably hadn't been fed very well. He was in horrible shape physically and mentally which contributed to his frustration.

The defense is moving forward with a retrial. Jury selection will be on Thursday June 19th. The retrial in scheduled for Monday June 23rd. That date is interestingly the one year anniversary for the first Ed & Elaine Brown Jamboree. It was also the last night Reno stayed at the Browns.

Here is the list of witnesses for the defense. I have removed addresses to protect privacy.

DEFENDANT'S WITNESS LIST...

19....

Thank you lastlady.

As far as these illegal expenditures to reimburse Bownes, and the Marshals for their travel over to Portland, Maine, in violation of 18 USC 3232, I did get a June 10th 1-page letter from Carol Carpenter, the State Director for Senator Gregg in Concord who wrote in paragraph #2 of 2 of to "continue to be in direct contact with the Court".

So per my Reply #7327 on April 29, 2008 @ 11:13 AM of the copy of my complaint to the CJS in Washington (sub-committee of the House Judiciary Committee that authorizes the Judiciary to draw $___________ from the treasury for lawful operations ONLY! by Art. 2, Sec. 9, Cl. 7 U.S. Const. but __% being illegally spent, with Tracy there saying to "hound" both my Federal Rep and Senator until they endorse my complaint), Gregg REFUSES to sign and so by his Director tells me to hound the court, and so I called down to Jeffrey Howard's #617-748-9057 in Boston, but that they refuse to give me his Concord, N.H. tel. # at 55 Pleasant Street, Room #__ on the top floor OFF LIMITS to the public.  No wonder somebody like Timothy McVeigh goes nuts and bombs the place. [Oklahoma City, OK] THEN the public non-servant he wanted to talk with as his tax-sucking parasite can talk from his head on the rubble up to his master.  >:D

When I first got Carol's letter postmarked in Manchester I thought of doing the Benson shuffle at her office, by taking away her chair and telling her to work with no rest until her boss does his job of signing this.  That's when "they" down in Manchester who I called first to Rich telling me that Senate Police are in N.H. too, and that I might be dealt with, even if I gave her a receipt for the chair, not stealing it. Me telling the story of Don Booth not getting an answer from Gregg either for his questions from his Peace Group and staying over the 5:00 p.m. closing time, and them arresting him for trespass, the WHOLE Senate taking him to U.S.District Court in Concord, but guess who won? Answer: Don!  ;D But that I do NOT want to repeat history, but post it here for anybody reading this to have a sit-in until Gregg signs it, IF you'd like to take the baton.

In the meantime, I'll be printing out a copy of this, and with the copy of Carol's letter, give it to Hodes, and ask that he please file a Bill of Impeachment against this Judge Jeffrey Howard, our former N.H. Attorney General!

Yours truly, - - Joe Haas

It's still kidnapping! by the Feds in violation of 18 U.S.C. 3232.

To see now IF they will also grant Danny's "Motion to Dismiss".

In the meantime, me calling the Area Prosecutors for those District Courts.

Update:  I thought that at the N.H. Border-town or City of Portsmouth would be a good starting point, and so I just called the Police Dept. there at 427-1500 http://www.cityofportsmouth.com/POLICE/index.htm and Kathy said that I had to report the crime of kidnapping [RSA Ch. 633:1,I(c) - see my Reply #7469 above on June 13 '08 @ 11:37 AM] in the place "from" where the crime originated, and so that being:

1.) Dover, for: Dan Riley; +
2.) Boscawen for: Cirino Gonzalez

To send each of them a copy of my Reply #7469 later this afternoon, since this 18 USC 3232 is NOT being dealt with by the mis-spenders of this money lawfully collected but illegally spent as in that "ultra vires" phrase of beyond the limits of the law, or in this case the United States Code. They are the REAL "outlaws"!

Then if/when they say "ignorance of the law is no excuse" EXCEPT for "law enforcement" even when "they" be unlawful and illegal as by no N.H. RSA Ch. 123:1 filing from 1-8-17 U.S. Const. as in no criminal "intent", which I would find an absurdity, as that's an issue for a jury to decide in a CRIMINAL case, rather than this prosecutorial discretion crap, then to have these courts still handle the cases, but in Small Claims Court there, in the civil realm, see http://www.courts.state.nh.us/courtlocations/index.htm#district

The Portsmouth District Court BTW open M-F 9-4 @ 431-2192 extension #230 for criminal, the Portsmouth Prosecutor being Sgt. Corry McDonald @ 610-7404, with Michelle, his receptionist; the Small Claims at ext. #________

Plus thank you "lastlady" for Reno sitting it out in Dover, "from" where he was LAST taken to the Federal court over the border into Maine last Friday, and so on that day and _____________ for Danny, to like they say: kill two birds with one stone, to go report both crimes to the Dover Police Dept. at: http://www.ci.dover.nh.us/Police/ [Anthony F. Colarusso, Jr., Chief of Police, 46 Locust Street, Dover, N.H. 03820, p (603) 742-4646].

This is just amazingly awesome great news! One thing the charges are dismissed with out prejudice which means he can be charged again.

Reno and his family and friends are so happy and overwhelmed with joy and happiness!!!! We are looking at 18 months with time served. Sentencing is September 26th for the Freedom 3. We are all praying that Reno will be home for Christmas.

So which is it?  with, or with-out prejudice?  To await Keith's details I guess, as we're getting conflicting reports here from C7 and LL*. *= They're still going to hang this over his head that he do what they say, or else!? In other words not at liberty but your freedom only so far as the chains upon you are extended that far a distance like the leash of a dog.

Either way, he has not been in for 12 months already from last September, but nine (9) months, so if to 18 months, it's only at half-time.

Hurrah (or hooray) to this latest?  Yes to the elation that he sees the opening of the door so many months down the road, but the path to there be a "crooked" one and by non-approval in my eyes seeing victory in the exposure of the placement of him on this path WRONG to BEGIN with, and if I have to START from the LAST location for these kidnapping charges to prove this point then so be it!

So for me it's hurrah in the expression of this one element of the word only, leaving the other two still to be dealt with. Reference: "The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language" (c)1973 @ page 346.

Unless the defense has it wrong. I just got off the phone with both Reno and Rebecca Dixon the lead investigator working for the defense. It is without prejudice. He can be tried on these charges in the future. BUT! This is still a wonderful victory. FREE RENO!!!

Let's not forget Danny & Jason who are also getting a real raw deal.

Thanks Kat! He wanted me to thank you for everything and made a special mention to let you know what was going on with the retrial. I am hopeful there will be some sort of public statement / interview soon.

Thanks again to everyone here who cared, I can't tell you how much that means to Reno, it means everything to him!
