Yeah. Keith: Thank you for the information. I just called Hodes' office in Concord @ 223-9814, talking with Jennifer the receptionist over to Jane who said that instead of her in"directly" giving me progress reports, that somebody in Washington will be in communication with me "directly", and I told her of my latest reports of kidnapping by the Sheriff's Departments on transport is how Danny told me it was yesterday on my visit there, to the Police Departments in Boscawen and Dover as the point of origins. Yet to hear back from them either by phone or preferably in writing. Plus: she was noticed of yet another kidnapping that might take place this Thursday, June 26th IF Danny is taken over to Maine against 18 USC 3232! and to PLEASE get me an answer BEFORE then!

Notice: how strange it is for the Sheriff's Dept. on the phone for Merrimack County in Concord for Reno in them telling me on Thu. afternoon June 12th for that Friday the Thirteenth transport that it will NOT be them, as having ALREADY (past tense occurred), to get him to Concord then over to Dover for Strafford County for both inmates!! Calling Estes* right now to try to get PROOF of this to use as evidence in court: The U.S. Court of Claims if need be if these locals don't wise up and comply with the law! Both county and feds as checked by the towns? Where is the check and balance!?

At the 742-4960 # above to the Strafford County Sheriff's Office in Dover, N.H. I got to the receptionist woman above and told her right away that by The Freedom of Information Act/ New Hampshire RSA Ch. 91-A Right to know, http://www.state.nh.us/ my request is for a copy of the transport order of Friday, June 13th past tense.  She said that they cannot reveal current positions.  My reply was to her again of the "past" tense!  She put me on hold and transferred me over to a Captain Clement who said his last name so fast that I had to slow him down.  I gave him my name, and that I'd like a copy of the June 13th transport order.  He then again asked me for my name and "agency".  I spelled out my name and said of no agency, but a friend of the inmate: Reno Gonzalez, and that this was an illegal transport against 18 USC 3232 putting him on notice not to conduct any future wrongs and that this information is NOT posted to his criminal file in Concord at the Feds. He said: "I'm not going to discuss this with you, have a good day." and then hung up the phone.  Maybe he got word that the Dover Police were investigating his office for kidnapping? I'll bet the next hearing occurs in Concord, N.H.  when I can back up my "Point of Order" with one of my State Reps asking the clerk and then judge of: WHERE are your papers? The receipt of the RSA 123:1 filings from 1-8-17 U.S. Const.

this is a forwarded message from elaine. if you send her money to the des moines address all she gets is a last name, no first name or address. she would appreciate it if anyone sending her money could write to her also so she can get your address and send a thank you note back to you. i tell elaine all the time that she shouldnt feel bad needing to ask for money, that she is a political prisoner and not a criminal. but she knows things are getting hard for people with the economy and stuff and it kills her to ask any supporters for anything. the way she has handled herself through all this really is amazing! she really does live like someone who knew the consequences and also knew that the cost of inaction might have been worse then the consequences of acting........ not that she wants to be in jail but she doesnt complain about it or regret what they did!

Update:

Yesterday I got a call from Jane in Hodes' office saying that Deputy Clerk Dan Lynch told her that Local Rule 77.5 allows the co-defendants to be trucked over to Portland.  I told her I thought that this sounded like a civil rule, and is!  After I found it on page 388 of The New Hampshire Rules of Court Federal 2008 at the State Library I made a copy of that with others*, and delivered to her the 4-page packet.

*Title 18 USC 3232 reads that all "Proceedings to be in the district and division*** in which offense committed, Rule 18"** reference: page 398 of the CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, with nothing added in the 2008 Pocket Part at page 43.

** Rule 18 is on page 10 of the RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE and reads that: "Except as otherwise permitted by statute or by these rules, the prosecution shall be had in a district in which the offense was committed.  The court shall fix the place of trial within the district with due regard to the convenience of the defendant and the witnesses."

*** The District of New Hampshire used to have a division or branch office in Littleton, N.H., but that we're a cyclops state now with only one eye.

I then went over to give the receptionist to Gregg his copy too. She was told that I slammed my papers down at Hodes' office, since he has the power of impeachment for a trial in the Senate, but that I still insist that Gregg sign my complaint too, or I'll be back to there with more "hounding, as I was told to "hound" them until they sign!, and maybe to re-visit Boscawen tomorrow when Gregg's deputy pays his annual visit to the Town Hall right after lunch to supposedly help the people.

Today/ this afternoon I did visit the Dover Police Station and talked with Detective Mike Andretta who said that he will NOT investigate my kidnapping charge against the Strafford County Sheriff's Office UNLESS he got some directive from either the State Police or the Attorney General's Office. And so after dropping of their 4-page packets to the Sheriff's receptionist in the basement, plus to the County Attorney's and County Commissioner's(*) receptionists too went the same papers on the first floor of the same building, I then went over and hand-delivered his 4-page copy to himself: the Super. Warren Dowaliby, relaying to all of what Andretta said, and my previous deliveries, plus me going to: (1) the State Police/ Lt. Dave Parenteau, of the Professional Standards & Training who said to see the A.G. and so: (2) I met with Paul Broder @ 4:15 p.m., the Investigator there who gave the wise-crack that The First Circuit of seven districts (Maine, N.H., Vt., MAss., R.I. and Conn. plus Puerto Rico) is also called the First Judicial District.  Or in other words: Big D rules over the little d's, and so there is no transfer out of the District, with the capital letter D.  Can you believe this George Orwellian "Doublespeak"!? The District of New Hampshire is bounded by our borders with the other states, Canada and the Atlantic Ocean. We are not in one big 7-member District, but withIN the First Circuit. A Circuit is not a District! He will NOT investigate as he already said he knows that as THE answer, and so there being no reason to contact the State Police to investigate the County with the help of the locals since everything he sees is within a District of New England!

That's why for today my mileage from here to there, from my house to 55 Pleasant Street will be clocked to the exact mile and tenth thereof!

If at 3:00 p.m. there is no hearing in Concord, N.H. as scheduled for that time, but over in Portland, Maine as against the law, then the Clerk James R. Starr (to hell with his Deputy, Dan Lynch!) will be getting a bill from me slammed down at the window there (whether he witnesses it or not, as to request his presence).

The amount will be calculated at $50/hour for each portion of an hour spent going to and from the court, plus the 50-cents per mile, per that exact figure used by AAA, and an attendance fee of: $350.00 for having this time stolen from me, calculated at the $50 per hour rate x 7, reference: Public Law 97-280 (96 Stat. 1211) of Oct. 4, 1982 = the Year of the Bible for 1983 & beyond to charge the thief sevenfold the $amount stolen!!!!!!!

Thus: $100 round trip, + $______ mileage + $350.00 = $_________ *

Here in New Hampshire, our rights are to "prompt" justice by Article 14 of the N.H. Const., Part First & Bill of Rights. Prompt = without delay, delay = postpone, post = after, pone = (corn) meal, and so if there be no hearing at the scheduled time, and lawful place, I'll ask for WHEN this will be corrected to June/ July ____ and if no answer received, will try to appear daily during the workweek to protest this in-justice against these thieves!! with walks over to both Hodes' and Gregg's office to "hound" them until they endorse my complaint to the sub-committee of the House Judiciary Committee as already explained that funds the travel slips from the attorneys that 1st Circuit Judge Jeffrey R. Howard (our former N.H. Attorney General) pays!

Each such "hounding" to result in a similar charge of: $________* each x 2 against both Hodes and Gregg until they sign to check and balance against this thievery, or they too will be charged with accessories both before and after the fact of this kidnapping!

Plus, since the Dover police will NOT investigate NOR prosecute this crime until the Attorney General orders the State Police to assist them against the County Sheriff, a copy of this over to the A.G.'s Office too.  To get a meeting with the head of the Criminal Unit: ______________ and report back to you all tonight. 

Note: that this has gone way past the goofing stage of the Keystone Cops to that of them being put onto the stage of their now being in the culpable mental state, and so there can be NO excuse!  "Ignorance of the law is no excuse!.

Last night a friend called me, and I called him back.

He said that a U.S. Marshal ________ had called him to inquire of: How do you know Joseph "Sanders" Haas, Jr.? 

Answer to him: none of your business!

So my guess is that they/ the Marshals do not have access to the content of either my phone calls nor e-mails, because if they did, then they would have learned about my recent real estate transactions in Coos County. About 10-15 telephone calls to a PRIVATE phone # they just "had" to check out, due to the volume(?) and times of the calls during the day and night(?) to see "what"? if this guy was in the Tannerite business?

What do "they" think?  That I'm the next "Carl Drega"** of the north country?  They don't have to go that far to learn that this IS (current tense) NOT the case, since the Town of Boscawen hired two thugs from the local police and Merrimack County Sheriff's Office at $225 + $200 each (Wyatt and Saltmarsh) to monitor the destruction of the deck to my cabin that the judge said was to be removed under MY supervision in a joint-operation to "co-operate", as to direct its "removal" by inches until it could later be replaced AFTER I obtained a building permit, since I got a building permit to re-hab this 1960s cabin in a former campground I bought on three acres of land for $5000 back in 2003, but not the deck as by amendment but to the wrong town official according to their court case against me. This lot being in the AR= Agricultural/ Residential zone of 3 acres, this 2.95 acre lot to be exact and technically a non-conforming lot that the ZBA ruled a deck is not appropriate for THAT area!? But with all setbacks complied with! The judge calling it an "elaborate" deck withIN the setbacks, but mis-calling the prohibition a restriction, and so to seek a second opinion on another case.

This being an RSA Ch. 674:41,I (e) issue http://www.state.nh.us to seek a 2nd opinion on a different lot for a lean-to doing it right from the start for Class VI and private roads of there not supposed to be a prohibition, but a restriction, as to limit to the MAXimum # of the lots on that road pre-existing before zoning, as grand-fathered, so wrote the Legislature. The Selectmen by their Administrator yesterday afternoon @ 5:00 p.m. as pre-scheduled, mis-informed or lieing that the prohibition is not as outlined in the Ordinance, that it is, but by the statute! They refused to answer my written questions on the sheet of: Do you admit?s that spells out the answer to their doom, and to have them pay this doomage, like when somebody cuts down the wrong trees! Damage to the 7th degree by Proverbs 6:30-31 (Public Law 97-280, 96 Statute 1211 of Oct. 4, 1982 = the Year of the Bible for 1983 & Beyond.)

It's a notice issue of the Selectmen contracting with the destroyers about two weeks ahead of time, per the Selectmen's Minutes of May 21st, but not trying to notify me until an hour before the May 28th destruction, and to the voice mail of my cell phone that I didn't hear about until that night AFTER their "littering" of scrap metal to my driveway: a misdemeanor fine potential of up to $20,000 against the Town for the County Attorney* to investigate and prosecute as these two goons are MY witnesses that I've yet to pay for through channels, like a witness fee in the CRIMINAL court action, and THEN to sue the Town by a Civil case AFTER my Motion for Contempt in the Equity case.
