So what happens now?  The one(s) who had been giving me that negative karma. They're like saying: Where's the negative karma!? like Clara Pellar used to ask in the Wendy's TV commercials of: Where's the Beef? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ug75diEyiA0&feature=related and so are scrambling around like John Moshitta in that FedEx TV commercial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeK5ZjtpO-M&NR-1  to find a way at reversing this trend. That sounds like Simon Oakland narrating this.  Remember him from that Kolchak: The Night Stalker? with Darren MacGavin, the newspaper reporter of the weird.  Yeah, that's what we need now, another Karl Kolchak to investigate how Ed & Elaine got out on U.C.C. when they exposed this corruption of how the courts turned from being what were supposed to be legislative courts dealing in constitutional matters to becoming commercial entities: creatures of the bizarre!

The whole server is dead. Try going to http://www.co.strafford.nh.us/ and it does the same.

403 errors can be caused by there being no index.html (or similar) file in a directory. I'm guessing they removed all the content (site revamp time?) and that's why it's doing it. The error message about "credentials" is misleading—it's a 401 error that a server should send if it expects a username and password from a visitor.

Kola:  Speaking of numbers, on my visit to see Jason and Danny yesterday, in-between visits I went to the jail office:

(1)  where they take in cash during the week, and Money Orders on weekends (99-cents down at the Store 24), or you can use their machine there to deposit $5, 10 or $20 bills, minus the $1.50 charge per transaction) over to their Commissary Account, plus;

(2) while I was getting Danny's Personals out of storage there taking up too much space, two girls came in visiting and comparing biceps between them, yes: flexing before another male visitor sitting down on the bench and myself standing up by the window, with the guard peering out too.  While one gal went into the Ladies Room, I had a nice chat with the other female WHY she seemed so interested in seeing which one was bigger than the other?  She said that she works out, on the job, in the ______________  Grocery Store over in Portsmouth [yes, she told me the name, but so as not to get gawkers, I can send you the name though if you'd like], and lifts up to 150 pound bags of produce #__ x per day (I forgot about that part) and so similar to these guys doing the obstacle course, like for calisthenics over at:

And after they left, I commented to the other man about her #__inch waist, me reading just the day before in an e-mail from P.R. on 5-5-08 that the soldiers who guard "The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier" have to have a 30-inch waist, prepare five hours for their shift of duty, for two (2) years I think it is, and then get some special wreath pin that only 200 living soldiers are currently and allowed to wear, since afterwards you're not supposed to drink "any" alcohol for the rest of your life.
