Thanks Donna.  I too was upset when the Feds shot at and then took Danny into custody last June '07, "and" then he sort of went into hiding, not finding out about his telling the Feds the locations of the guns until now, but like he said: of to be released, and then re-arrange the defenses. I don't think Ed would have been that stupid as to like keep the machine gun #1 in window #2 when soldier #3 was captured and might be tortured or enticed to talk. Yeah: let him talk for their deal, no big deal to re-arrange; but then what they promised for his release of any charges was a lie, and so showing their true colors.

As the Monday morning quarterback, as they say, Danny maybe should have filed some charges against the U.S. Marshals who tazered him on PRIVATE property, "them" with no lawful nor legal authority to be up here in New Hampshire, off their proprietary turf past the NO TRESPASSING signs* and withOUT their RSA Ch. 123:1 filing from 1-8-17 U.S. Constitution...

...I just received in today's mail in regards to my lawsuit against Monier & DiMartino, as "respondeat superior"s to their goons, the Assistant U.S. Attorney's 2-page MOTION TO DISMISS for Sovereign Immunity, in Civil Action 08-169-SM, with a very interesting 10-page MEMORANDUM OF LAW that highlights "the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. Sections 1346(b), 2401, 2671" on page 9 as "There is one waiver of the United States' sovereign immunity against claims for money".  Yeah! Like in that federal check for the witness fee: Where's the money?  Thank you "very" much Attorney Seth R. Aframe, Mass. Bar #643288.  "See Wood v. United States, 290 F.3d 29, 35 (1st Cir. 2002). Correction: by amendment, is what I meant of NOT having challenged this withIN any Federal court withIN the state before, because Danny found that case of: _________________ in his Appeal #2007-0745 to the N.H. Supreme Court of where even the N.H. Supremes acknowledged that crime over at Pease A.F.P. in Portsmouth was NOT a federal crime BUT a state crime, because the Feds had NOT filed the RSA Ch. 123:1 paperwork as from 1-8-17 U.S. Const. with Bill Gardner's Office of Secretary of State.

so my stimulus check came in today. it was supposed to be for the full 600 but there was 211.39 with held because i owed a "debt" to the state of rhode island for 2004 taxes.... heres the thing. that 211.39 already came out of my federal refund from this year! (2007) so now they have taken that money twice. so i called the state of rhode island tax division to find out what the hell is going on, they told me that yes they received the money from the first time it was witheld, but never cancelled it yet. so the feds with held it again. so now i have to wait another 4 weeks for MY money.... so i asked if they were going to pay me interest as well since they are now in possesion of money that belongs to me (not them but which they are now illegaly holding) and they told me NO! i then asked if they had a legal department i could speak to because i may sue due to the fact the supreme court has ruled that a tax is not a debt until validated by the courts and if the law allows them to with hold money for debts then taxes "owed" wouldnt fit that definition... i was then told, unbelievably, by the lady that answered the phone that the IRS TAX CODE NULLIFIES THE SUPREME COURT DECISIONS!!!!! what the fuck are they teaching people there?!?! i flipped out! i demanded a supervisor who i then reamed a new one. she told me she would research the law (that allows them to withold a "debt") and get back to me. 
   im not angry at the fact i dont have my money but at what they told me about the supreme court...im so upset right now i cant even finish typing.... when is enough enough????????
