Thanks Keith for reminding me of this Paul Broder character at the A.G.'s office who said that we're in the First Judicial "District", when it is really the Districts (in the plural) of Maine and New Hampshire withIN the First "Circuit". This guy knew and knows this.  I've seen him over there at the U.S. Attorney's Office before on one of my visits and we chatted about this and that then in the elevator and out the front door, and then again in the lobby of his office at 33 Capitol Street, Concord, N.H. in the "Laconia Savings Bank" building where he lied to me again!!

Unfortunately another opportunity will not arise, like the Portland Police woman recommended that I exhaust all my N.H. remedies first before any citizen's arrest that maybe I should have done anyway, but might have been sitting in jail too from back then on Fri., July 25 to Aug. 25th and beyond for over a month before this further evidence surfaced. Not so though because they canceled this hearing, but not until AFTER it was still on PACER and so I could have driven over there for nothing but to submit a bill for a waste of my time* and mileage.

So what to do on Monday? I'm going to the State of New Hampshire Personnel Department +/or Administrative Services at the Annex there in Concord to file a complaint that the Director hold a hearing inviting the A.G. over if not corrected before then to "fire the liar"! cc: the G&C at their next B.F.A. Public Hearing because if this is not done "prompt"ly by Art. 14, then to put on hold any more requests by Item #1 Agenda disbursements out of the State Treasury or guarantees therefrom the Treasurer until AFTER this parasite upon the host is ticked off. Roberts Rules of Oder.  The Treasurer is an ex-officio member of this Business Finance Authority.

a.) The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office at 1-800-266-1444 press 4 for Detective.  She said for a crime outside the federal building of to contact the Portland P.D....

b.) at 1-207-874-8300 @ about 12:30 p.m. today when the woman said that putting a citizen's arrest on the hood of the car as it left the federal enclave onto state soil was not a good idea and to exhaust all my N.H. remedies first, and so back to:

...I called the Dover Police Department at 603: 742-4646, to complain over the head of Detective Andreta to Lt. Turlomesian is his supervisor, and so she took a note for him out-to-lunch to return my call of to look into this planned assault and kidnapping either later today or tomorrow (during when the Grand Jury meets to maybe help them in their investigation for a "Presentment") for illegal transport over to Portland, Maine in violation of 18 USC 3232 and so working my way up the totem pole to the Chief (who is either elected or appointed __, which one? I asked with no info) who takes the RSA Ch. 92:2 oath of office to honor the Const. and laws of N.H. including R.S.A. Ch. 123:1 that when the feds are in a non-filing mode from the U.S. Const. the Chief of Poilce (C.O.P.) is also supposed to honor too by RSA Ch. 42:1 (but not so at the County Commissioner level, since they only subscribed to the N.H. Const. but are supposed to sign for both) that there ought to be a check-and-balance by the local police not needing any opinion or order to do so by big sister, Attorney General Kelly Ayotte & her gang of thugs who divert their eyes from the paperwork I gave to their Investigator Paul Broder who still insists we live in the First Judicial "District", when it's actually the "District of N.H." withIN the First Judicial "Circuit", and so the pre-trial and pre-sentencing and "all proceedings" STOP at the border between here and Maine because there is NO inmate Motion nor is this a civil case, the harping by Deputy Clerk Dan Lynch to Fed. Rep. Hodes' receptionist being a lie that Local Civil Rule 77.5 applies in what? "Emergency" situations!?  SHOW ME THE LAW that says so.  Yeah: just like Ed Brown was saying from his home in Plainfield, N.H. in Sullivan County to the I.R.S.: "Show me the law"; reference this other law that turns a civil rule into a criminal rule!  It doesn't exists, and I've dared Hodes' office manager in Concord to write up this excuse as for NOT endorsing my complaint to the sub-committee of the House Judiciary in Washington, the Budget Committee allowing the Appropriations Bill to make it through the House then Senate and signed by the President for the Treasurer to send $x,xxx,xxx.xx to the federal judicial branch, BUT for WHERE is the oversight when that tax money that I paid into the system at work is illegally spent on transporting inmates against the law!? and reimbursing the attorneys at about $4.00/gallon of gas plus their travel and attendance time in and outside of court?! To contact the Treasury? next.  WHO there to look into this?  The Treasurer of the United States, or the Secretary of the Treasury?  A full circle from there being NO delegation of authority letter from him to the I.R.S. to begin with, and there being NO enforcement clause in the 16th Amendment anyway for that "lay and collect" phrase, of to lay meaning to apply or impose, and so by the latter of to levy and collect, but that's redundancy as George Orwellian "1984" and double-talk of to collect and collect, against the Ninth Amendment and so I choose the apply word of to request and tell the I.R.S.: request denied! as I did way back in their case #M.83-50-D that I won in 1983 with the help of authors: Otto Skinner, and Martin J. "Red" Beckman when he came to N.H. running for President of the United States, it looks like the new one on Jan. 20, 2009 to take this case too for some pardons as outline in Aaron Russo's "Freedom to Fascism" movie.

See the beginning of the tape where the COP touched the guy's camera lenz to cover up the taping.  Wouldn't that be considered an RSA Ch. 631:2-a Simple Assault here in New Hampshire? http://www.state.nh.us No! Because there is no criminal "intent".  Even though it was wrong, and he had no "right" to do so, because he thought he MIGHT have such powers, he is NOT guilty of a crime, even though like here in N.H. he might have flunked that class in the courses on the const. over at the Police Standards and Training (PS&T) on Fort Eddy Road in Concord. * The other 20% goes to the Victim's Fund = 85% of the 20%.  And so the rest of 15% (of the 20%) = to 100% goes into the General fund. Maybe some to-be-elected Rep. this Fall could put in a House Bill #___ to make it 40-40-20?  because of the lousy service we've been getting lately! It not the money, but better quality teachers over there who are needed, the more money to the victims that ought to go down as the police get better: Better at pro-tecting our rights, like that Art.20 protection and property taxation reciprocal that the Town of Plainfield and Sullivan County, plus the State Police certainly did NOT "honor" their RSA Ch. 92:2 oaths to such owners: c/o Ed & Elaine Brown when alerted of this no RSA Ch. 123:1 paperwork and the in-justice from sociopaths (needing medical attention) saying the end justifies the means, and so to hell with the 5th Amendment right to PROCEDURAL "due process" of law! and Art. I, Sec. 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Const. Shame of them!

The reason I ask is that I'd like to amend my complaint at the P.C.C. from that of going after Bownes and Wiberg, to keep the same common denominator facts of against 18USC3232 and replace the names of the perpa-traitors with those of: Huftalen and/or Kinsella, et al(s).  Yes: the Assistants who work for: the United States, that includes me! as one of its citizens and so I am one of the many victims harmed by them mis-spending my tax money!  Anybody like to join me in this Amendment BEFORE the ten (10) days is up on Sept. 2+10 = this Friday, September 12th? Notice that in both Danny's and Reno's parts of the case, (plus Jason too?) also: What About Bob? I've yet to find ANY motion for transfer of the prosecution (that includes all these pre-trials) "and" THE trial, to be held OUTside the District.  An Agreement is only the first step of two steps.  If made there must be a "motion" immediately thereafter that signing.  According to what I did read in Bob's Agreement IF there is ANYthing NOT done right in his case, the Agreement to plead guilty is NULL and VOID!

So if and WHEN either Danny +/or Reno in N.H. to the P.C.C. here, +/or Jason* to the MAss. Bar Counsel can get a reprimand against their attorneys, THEN a motion for Mistrial can be filed with the judge to either grant double jeopardy or Order that a NEW trial take place, and in this case do it right! by presenting and accepting ALL evidence for Exhibit #s to the jury, and especially when Danny finally gets to use up all of his allotted subpoenas as he did list the governor, Senate President and House Speaker on that chain-of-command Art. 49 petition that Reno signed like "John Hancock" down at the bottom of the page in blue ink over at Ed's in Plainfield on that June 20th, 2007 of the day of the night when I got arrested walking to Town Hall as against my Freedom of Speech! me still withOUT my jury trial as prescribed in the U.S. Const. in Article III, Section 2, Clause 3 that these public officials take an RSA Ch. 92:2 oath to obey and in an Art. 14 "prompt" manner and so BEFORE this federal trial! of that AND Art. I, Sec. 8, Cl. 17 to N.H. R.S.A. Ch. 123:1 also. I was was not only a witness* put a participant by signing this Articles 41 +49 Petition.

i kind of expected jason to get the diesel treatment once he was in the federal system, especially after his statement at sentencing.... he knew it was coming too i think, doesnt mean its easy on him but at least he knew it was coming. he knew the way ed was being treated too. he kind of figured he would get the same.

   i received 2 letters from ed today and he tells me that he has been told by a counselor in Illinois that the D.O.J. is trying to put together more charges against the browns.
  at least he tells me he got the photos i sent. but they still havent given him the power of attorney forms i sent him, or the letter that was with my photos....  he also asks if people can write to elaine he said he can tell by her writings to him that the 23 hour a day isolation is really making her depressed.....
