The books have to be sent from the publisher or from a book distributor.

Dan and Dale, I put your posts and artwork up on freelaurencanario.com.  If there's a problem with that, I can take it down.  Thanks for the help for lauren!

Good luck to anybody reading that and NOT being fumed. Thank you for putting it into perspective AND posting the judge's email address. Here's the email I sent to her:

Ms. Crocker,

I have been following Lauren Canario's current case as closely as one can from Toledo, Ohio. What I am seeing is outrageous.

Allegedly, Miss Canario was pulled over for speeding. She refused to provide her "papers" because we live in a free state, not a police state. Because of this, sworn police on the scene violated her Fourth Amendment right against warrantless seizures as well as her Fifth Amendment right against loss of property without due process. Remember, police are not judicial agents. They did this to her out of lack of respect of her First Amendment right to free speech (which includes saying nothing).

It is my understanding that you are the judge on this case. The judiciary branch is supposed to be the people's last resolve. It is our last hope against tyranny in execution and tyranny in legislation. Not only did you not address the above infractions, but you added to it. You have infringed upon her Eighth Amendment right to not be subject to cruel and unusual punishment. I've read that the cause of this was that she would not leave a vehicle to enter a court she is being charged with being in contempt of. It seems to me that when she would not participate in her arrest, she was physically moved. Why then would she not be physically moved into the courtroom? Unless of course there is a conspiracy present to try and add charges in an attempt to break the will of a free citizen of the United States of America and/or otherwise attempt to legitimize what's being done to her. Do you not observe her Fifth Amendment right to not testify against herself? Do I need to remind you that like the police on the scene, you too swore an oath to the Constitution of this great nation?

Attention over this case is growing. The longer these injustices stand, the greater her potential for redress of grievances become and the more widespread the knowledge of your own high crimes towards this nation, the court you reside over, and the citizens that gave you that power and required that oath of you becomes. I urge you to behave as the laws of the land REQUIRES of you and capitalize on your unique position to end these injustices by doing so. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Dan Sayers

I love your letter it's great!  I wish I could write like that.  Any tips on what I should say that wouldn't be copying yours but would drive a point home like yours did?

Sorry to post somewhat off topic but if I don't write it down when I think of it I'll forget it.  :P

I talked to Jack Blood yesterday about my intention to wage peace against the machine. Being totally impressed with Lauren's tactics it was an easy call. Anyway Jack says we should be protesting in front of politician's (and judges?) houses. What do you guys think about that as a tactic? I know what I think. Now I need input.

A caller after me named "Spike" said I was either dumb or cointelpro.  ;D

Good idea...but best done here in NH!  When you moving?

It is a good idea. I like the idea of publically humiliating and shunning enemies. I got an inquiry call at the store I work at from someone who works for the NH Dept of Revenue and wished that I could just tell her to F-off and hang up  >:( My employer wants all the business they can get, though.

C'mon people...I agree w/ a great deal of your 'mission statement'/agenda, etc...
but this non-license/reg. deal?
How many of YOU are driving around w/out a valid license, vehicle reg.? Some rules we have to kow-tow to.
Just a wild guess, but Lauren prob. doesn't have insurance on a non-reg. vehicle...that's great...so the rest of responsible society can pick up the tab if she plows into a mini-van full of kids...super.
Pick your battles (the New London land grab?...very honorable protest), this? It is an embarrassment to your cause.
Thugs? These guys are doing a job we pay them for...you aren't living in a 'Mad Max' movie, people.

Insurance is not required in NH.
Policemen aren't doing a job that I surrender my tax money for. I want the police to arrest criminals that actually harm someone. Lauren could have bowed to the highwayman's demand for money. But she didn't. Now she has spent weeks in jail. The state is spending loads of tax-surrenderer money just b/c they won't let her go.

you are correct re: insurance requirements (which MUST be changed). My mistake...
But...you're splitting hairs here...
Like I said...pick your battles..
