It was a little warm down there.
Now we are dodging the storm that will bring ice and snow to Texas.
Tomorrow we will be bracing for snow in the corner of NV, CA, and AZ. They handled that so well on our way back from SoCal last time.

I did a crazy thing last week .... I chose to drive way over the mountains in Colorado on I-70 to avoid this.

We made it from Reno to Chicago ... and we only 4 hours late. The roads in wyoming and colorado have been closed off and on for 3 days.

we drove through about 6 inches, but with plowing it was melting, since it hasn't been that cold out there.
