The library is the irresponsible party, it made an unsecured loan to a four year old, and then sent men with guns to deal with it.

Depending on what the police said to the mother, the police are guilty of intimidation and abuse of power.

The Sheriffs Department handles civil collections matters, not the police.

The mother should be teaching her child to be a responsible human being, but she is not, so there is another irresponsible bitch coming down the pipe.
