Hi all-

I have spent a good part of the last three weeks in and out of the hospital - undergoing tests, a few overnight visits, etc. Three weeks ago I went to see my doctor about a cold I had that has been persistent and an ear ache. Besdies the ear ache, however, the doctor noticed an irregularity in my heartbeat.

I have undergone many tests, cancelled and missed many commitments I had in the process. The confirmation is that I do, in fcat, have dilated cardiomyopathy. I told very few people at first, since I was unsure that I had it, etc. It is hereditary and was, in fact, something my late father had.

Prayers, good thoughts, fasting (thanks Mike), and the like, have helped now and continue to help me get this crap settled. Things will work out, I am sure and I am ready to jump right back into the freedom movement like never before.

Anyway, just wanted to update you all.

Thanks,
JP

Dilated cardiomyopathy?  Does that mean your heart is nearsighted?

Glad you feel better.

Hey Jim, glad your feeling better. Take care of yourself.

I don't believe in cardiomyopathy .... just shake it off and get back to work. :)
