Cat fight on the red carpet?

Hey Tom, this thread is timely:

http://forum.freestateproject.org/index.php?topic=25912

QuoteI'm a complete newbie here, but noticed right away that the FreeStater population seems to be somewhat individual-oriented. I haven't had much time to really think about this -how/where to attract families, but I thought I 'd throw it out to see if I'm on the right track. Is my assessment correct that there aren't many families involved yet? I'm thinking that there are quite a few religious groups who are having large families these days who may be interested if they learned of the project, as well as maybe other groups who are focusing on raising larger families. Is this a direction to look into?

Thanks KB,

I responded on the thread and started a Tour de Shire thread over there.

Your welcome Becky.  :)  I love it!  I cried when I watched the dedication to Lloyd, that was so beautiful.  Your son looks like such a happy person too. :)  You guys are doing such a great job, (sorry, I couldn't think of a better word), letting him experience so many good things in this world.

Just needs more kids. I have one available for loan.  ;)

If you make your way north to Lancaster for more filming, the 11 year old next door has become big buddies with JD, so there's one more for your crew.

Great job. I'm glad you could get the foliage. The peak was perfect this year.

Just watched your video.
I Laughed, I Cried! It Was Better Than Cats! I'm going to see it again and again!

My only disappointment was that it was too short to cover the subject thoroughly.  I think the Applefest deserves a feature-length treatment.  Maybe not on the order of The Iceman Cometh (239 mins.) but at least The Right Stuff (193 mins.)

Keep up the good work.

Pat K

That was so good I can't even bring myself to
insult you in any way. Thanks Roger!
Great Job!

Thanks for the positive feedback folks.  :)

Please share it, or whatever you Facebook folks do to promote things you like.

John

I don't have the words... :)

ITS AWESOME!

VERY NICE.

Thanks for what you do.

I've shared with it on Facebug, including on Peaceful Assembly Church's page and the "U.S. Out of Northern New England" page.

I'm glad you liked it John, I was hoping it would represent your church and the event well.

Thanks for hosting a successful event. The colorful signs you made, the facility you own, and your daughter  ;D were all important features in the film.   8)
