more Lloyd memories

Kat and I spent a few days at Lloyd's house where he grew up and was living with Ruth. We did work on an old house and he showed us the sights in Hartford. He had lived in many places but was back home in the 00's. They had an interesting 2 family, 3 story home in an old neighborhood that was all Jamaican now. We saw the Rose Garden during and after a thunderstorm.

Traveled down to say good bye to Lloyd. Lauren, Jim, Becky, William and I.

Beverly, his sister, is very nice. They had large versions of some of his toys on display and photos of Lloyd "Bobby" from across the years.

The Grafton contingent was well represented.

Lloyd looked like we could just wake him up and take him home.

Still kind of hard to accept.

I think that is frowned upon Roger.

In some ways it is nice knowing that Lloyd didnt spend years suffering with cancer.

Glad you all got to go down to the memorial.  wish we could have been there.

If you ever make it back to the Mancave, we (Jeremy and I) have discussed making a mini shrine of Lloyd memorabilia.  We're guessing his spirit will sometimes frequent this place.  Yup...we're gonna miss the old boy.

Lloyd's idea was to build a bunch of little shacks at the Hoyt property with different methods. One could have a Lloyd nook in it. :)

We're planning a Lloyd shrine at our new house in Lancaster. His advice to "always obey the officer's instructions" will be featured.  ;)

Damn it !  :'(    I didn't even know until today :'(.  I've been so wrapped up in my own "stuff"; I could kick myself in the ass for missing all of the time I've not been on here to joke around with Lloyd.  I loved when he used to change my posts to mess with me, it's just not going to be the same without Lloyd.

Just last night I was wondering if you had heard the news yet. I knew you hadn't been on the forum lately.

I hate myself for not being on here more at least I could've had more time, in a way, with Lloyd.  :'(
