The most amazing part of this story to me is not what happened, but what started it: a drug-addicted mother took her two children to the police station and surrendered them because she knew she couldn't care for them.

Police then went to her home to arrest her for child endangerment. WTF? Granted, turning your kids over to the police and the DCF definitely puts them in danger, but... wow.

I saw the headline for this on cnn but I can't even watch it, just the headline itself explains it all and it's so gross!  The thugs are getting more and more brutal!
