Lessee... eBay unilaterally imposes new rules, arbitrarily decides if you've broken them, and then takes money from you without any recourse.

I would chose Ebay or Walmart over the Feds. The great thing is that ebay can only hurt you once...... then you can leave them and curse them to your friends.
